I have been here once and trust me they are just too good with their work.I was attendended by Pegah and she did nice hair grooming for me.I would highly recommend this place.

Been going on and off for years. It is pricey but it's by far the best haircuts I've ever had and very friendly staff. What makes this my go to place is I can book a time online, show up on time and get my hair cut around that time, sometimes they may be 5 minutes or so behind but it's not terrible. Also getting a wash after a cut helps keep the mess minimal and helps prevent hair being everywhere.Parking is a pain as its offered in surrounding streets and you need to pay. But being able to know when to show up, when I'll be done and not have to worry about cut hair stuck on my head makes it much more preferable and worth the price.

I visited this place for the first time. The staff were very nice and friendly. Mary, who is a junior barber/hairstylist, cut my hair very nicely. She was willing to listen carefully to know the exact haircut I wanted and deliver. Happy with my experience!

I had a bad experience, but the place overall seems great.I bought a junior stylist, and she took literally 1.5 hours to do my cut. About halfway through (40 mins in) she says “fades on black hair are very difficult. Blonde is easier”. No one wants to hear that when you’re 40 mins into a cut! Plus, I’ve never ever heard that before.(?!)Ultimately, she ended up getting help from another stylist who thankfully saved what she was doing. My fade now has patches and she tried telling me it’s because I asked for 1.5 and that I should ask for 2 next time…. Yet I’ve asked for 1.5 for 5+ years and never ever had an issue or patches or the fade.I understand it’s a junior stylist, but junior doesn’t mean incompetent. Junior stylists are fresh out of school and should know how to do the job. I was charged $40 before tips and taxes - and yes I still tipped, but please, make sure everyone there knows how to cut.I spent 1.5 hours, had a less than ideal cut, paid $50 and didn’t even get an apology - I got a lesson that I shouldn’t ask for 1.5.Otherwise the place is awesome, and all other stylists seem to be great at what they do. I am aware that this was a one off experience but I wish it was handled better.

I’ve been coming here since it first opened on Eglinton Ave. I can’t say I’ve had a “regular” barber in particular, although the seasoned vets who are always there always do a great job. I booked an appointment a few months back and was paired with Sam, who I’ve never had before. Long story short, he took someone who looked like they’d lived in a forest with no electricity for years, to a stone cold stunner, which leads me to today. I was so impressed with Sam’s work that I booked him a week and a half in advance so that he could take the mongrel (me) and work his magic the day before my sisters wedding. He took me and made me look like I belong on the cover of GQ. From rags to a million bucks in just a few hours. His attention to detail and knowledge is well received. He gave me some great advice, and I will probably outshine my sister tomorrow at her own wedding, that’s how good I’m going to look.Thank you Sam. Keep up the great work! I’ll see you again in a few months!

Excellent cut was provided by MR LEO amazing barber and someone you can trust with his skills and willing to listen to you and offer your desire haircut.Very professional and someone enjoy talking to while you having your hair cut.

Got a great hair cut from Arad, but then another barber came over to “check” his haircut and proceeded to cut my hair shorter than I wanted without even asking for what I wanted. Not sure why he had to cut more after Arad did a great job

Well, the barbershop is quite stylish and modern. My barber is Sam and he is one of those who not only knows what he is doing, but also loves his job. He has a positive personality and he is an expert who skilfully does what you want with your hair.I strongly recommend Mankind and Sam

Had two amazing experiences at the Redpath location. I have long hair, and both hair dressers did impecable jobs with both cutting and styling. Will go back for all of the foreseeable future!
