Sounder Light

Absolutely terrible customer service I have ever seen. Lou has no professionalism, yells at customers, has the most unintelligent staff i have ever seen. They will charge you a ridiculous high price for a remote starter because they think they are the only shop in town that does electrical problems.Their are lots of shops in town and around town that will do the same work as Lou, but will charge you less and still offer the same quality and respectable customer service. AVOID SOUNDERS LIGHT AT ALL COST!

You couldn't ask for a better place to take your car for your electrical needs. They are fast friendly and honest. There is no other place that I would recommend more.

I stopped by today because my remote starter was not working. It was not installed by Sounder Light but they were recommended to me by the Hyundai dealership. Lou the owner was amazing, he was able to reprogram it on the spot and fix the issue. He is very knowledgeable and overall a great kind hearted person. I would definitely recommend Sounder Light.

I have brought several vehicles here for repairs over the years. From complete stereo system installs on classic cars, wiring up contractor caps, HVAC blower repairs, upgrading car audio alarms, backup cameras, subwoofer repairs. Sounder did a professional job at installing a new touchscreen radio in my 2013 Sierra to replace the original Navigation system. They were able to maintain factory steering wheel controls which was super awesome. Super happy.

What amazed me most when talking to Lou (the owner) was his stunning amount of knowledge of modern technology and applications. Not only can he upgrade your sound to levels you've never experienced before, but he can install and guide you on every new way available to use your in car stereo and communication system. It's a bit remarkable really.

Best stereo shop I've ever been to. I went in with previous work done to my stereo and it was a mess. They took it apart rewired it and now it sounds amazing. Also i had a problem where power was being drawn from my battery at night and i would have to get a boost every morning and they fixed that problem too.My previous stereo bracket looked cheap and instaled improper they took it out and replaced it with a proper bracket and now my screen looks like it came straight from the factory.After all that work they did i thought they would charge me an arm and a leg, but when he told me the total i thought he made a mistake, because it was so cheap so i was going to quickly pay him before he realized his mistake, but then he listed out all what he did to my jeep and at that point i realized that he didn't make a mistake...he's just that reasonable.I give Sounder Light 2 thumbs up and a twist.
