Stefan fully understood the problem with my shoulder, and explained it in the language I could understand. He gave me homework. He explained the exercises that will help my shoulder and asked me to do them, three times a day, and then report back to him in about 2-3 weeks (he could have easily called me for more appointments and ask me to do them there). I have come back with confidence that he will be able to guide me to a much improved shoulder.I should add that developing confidence with the expert treating you is very important. I developed confidence in Stefan very quickly. I wish him, and his other patients well.

Working with Monica over the last 6 months has been a real game changer for me. The Metabolic Balance program has given me a plan that I will be able to use for life and has given me the gift of health. Working with a Metabolic Balance coach helps to keep you on track, accountable and they are a great resource of information and knowledge. Monica went above and beyond to really help me get to the bottom of some of my issues. I always felt so supported and knew I could reach out to her anytime to get the support I needed, to get to a very healthy version of myself. I work at Tall Tree, so clearly I'm biased here and you can take this review for what it is. But I have to share about doing a Change Coach session with Meg. It was truly powerful. In a compassionate yet deliberate way, she drilled down to the precise action that I wanted to change, helped me experience the relief and joy of what changing that action would feel like, set me on a path forward to changing it, and provided wonderful accountability in follow up. This service is amazing. If you want to achieve something, whatever it might be, give this a shot.

Massage and Physiotherapy have been excellent. Have seen Steve for Physio and Tanya for massage,Both have been very knowledgeable and professional and offered excellent services.Both have listened to my needs and have made the therapy work for both parties.Tall Tree staff has all been helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend to friends.

I cannot say enough about my incredibly positive experience at Tall Tree. The team is exceptional and so are the services they provide. A special shout out to Stefan, Nick and Mat for their expertise, encouragement and their humour.

They are okay. I was surprised they are rated so well. I saw a physiotherapist, kinesiologist and 2 occupational therapists.The physiotherapist gave minimal guidance when doing in clinic workouts. He'd tell me what circuit exercises to do and then leave the workout area. Looking back at my experience, it would have helped to have him stay to watch my form and count repetition especially since I had a concussion. On multiple occasions he did not return after the time he stated he would so after I finished my circuit I had to interrupt him with other clients so he could make notes on how I felt after my workout which I feel is unprofessional for me and those other clients.The kinesiologist was great. She stayed during the entire circuit and cared.The first occupational therapist seemed really out of it during our meetings. She went on a workplace leave after our third session. The new OT was alright but sent me into a return to work without informing my employer of accommodations or the increases in hours then did not check in with me to assess how my return to work was going and was difficult to contact. Sometimes I wouldn't get a response and the times that I did it would be at 9pm multiple days after I contacted him originally. I ended up switching to a new OT at the James bay tall tree since I needed consistent support and guidance for my recovery.I wouldn't pay out of pocket for this clinic.

Graeme Wall is PHENOMENAL. I had shoulder pain for 8 months before coming to Tall-Tree, and had been doing exercises prescribed from a different physiotherapy clinic for 4 months. During my initial assessment, Graeme quickly diagnosed that it wasn't my shoulder that was the problem (as my previous physiotherapist had thought), but that an issue with a nerve in my neck. I feel like I'm in the best possible hands with Graeme and love the relief his prescribed exercises give me. The combination of him diagnosing the ROOT of my pain, sharing information about it with me, and prescribing doable, effective exercises will have me coming back to Tall-Tree as long as I live. I've never left a Google review before, but I feel compelled to after this incredible experience. 10/10!

I received excellent massage from Josh Dupuis and Kevin Matthews at Tall Tree Integrated Health. Josh listened to my physical needs and concerns and provided me a very relaxing yet therapeutic massage. Kevin is very personable and created a healing and enjoyable experience.for me. He integrated hot stones into the massage which felt very grounding. I highly recommend Tall Tree Integrated Health for all your therapeutic mind and body healing.

It was my first visit to Tall Tree and I was very impressed with the facility and staff. It was a very positive experience.The physiotherapist I worked with was Graeme Wall and he was knowledgeable, professional, personable and I left feeling that I knew what was happening in terms of my injury, with specific strategies and exercises to help remediate it.

Great experience with Laura the physiotherapist. She recommended stretches & exercises that got me back to pain-free living in no time. My only regret is not coming in sooner!
