Radimed ville st Laurent has the rudest staff. I wasn’t even greeted as I stood there for a good 5-7 minutes. Then the receptionist said she was busy. Too busy to say hello?Then the technician who took my breast exam did not say one word during my exam. I felt like just a body and she didn’t even ask me how I was doing. I understand they are understaffed and overworked but it does not give them the right to treat their patients as such. I work in healthcare and I would never treat a patient like I was treated there. Radimed West Island on the other hand is so kind and professional. I would never come back to ville st Laurent.

Went there for a ultrasound and an exray. The reception and the technicians were both friendly and professional. The service was quick and they were punctual for my appointment. Would go back for sure.

I went at Radimed on Trans Canada Hwy for a CAT scan and a MRI. I was treated very nicely by the staff. The nurse Romy was very professional and nice. Carmelina was also very nice and patient. My results were sent to my family doctor promptly.

I was there with fractured rib, Reception and waiting time was good, but technician , who did the X-ray was root and impatient. Also mislead me about time when it will be ready and no one called me about the result . Disappointing !!!

I only have rave reviews for the service and staff. I was looked after with only kindness and care. Results of my CTScan were sent expediently and the whole experience which could have been stressful was made easier to bear. Thank you!

They charge me $300 for blood test and waiting over 4 months and still no results. I tried calling and no one pick up. They are crooks taking people money

Great experience, super fast and efficient. Needed a knee X-ray, was in and out within 15 minutes which is super unlikely in Montreal. Georgia the receptionist was super friendly and personable.

I had a ct scan done yesterday and i was really really nervous as it was my first time. I was so fortunate to be taken in charge by the two most wonderful, caring, compassionate and Zen women. Their relaxed composition managed to calm me down. They came to check on me several times and explained the next step every time. I was so nervous I didn't ask for their names but I thank them again for being so supportive!
