Always great service when staying here on medical travel. Top notch. Great food is served at meal times. Across the street from Kingsway mall. Minutes from the lrt.

Good place to stay where you got no where else to go, food is alright & the new staff is quite rude & the fact there's a rule stating that larga & its staff is not liable for anything that gets stolen from your room knowing that the staff are the only ones with keys to your room. Had blood or snot on the walls. Every door knob & phone, remote had to disinfect them myself. It was absolutely filthy when it's their job to keep their residence safe & secure for northern families during a pandemic of covid 19!!! Had staff look through our bags & had to take Steps to prevent any theft of our personal items. Needs alot of work & a internal investigation into the staff.

I didn't stay here but I did manage to visit and I found it nice. Small concession, possibly one public computer (I was only at the main area), and it may not have a public washroom for visitors.

The Cameroonian-Canadian receptionist was very friendly and welcoming at the Chateau Louis.

A place for northern people who needs a place to stay for medical professionals and help. Quite organized for the peoples needs
