I worked there years ago with a woman who was partially paralyzed and could not talk or eat normally due to an injury induced stroke. I loved the independence the service provides and loving professional care. This woman became empowered and was able to eventually move to another province to be with her grown kids. She taught me things too! Such as sign language alphabet so I could communicate easier. She let me paint a mural in her bedroom wall. I miss her and I am thankful for the time I was with CLS .
