Thames Valley District School Board

This board among others is extorting children for their benefits every time the union is involved. Should be ashamed of being a teacher or helper after the ridiculous demands they ask for, nothing about helping kids it's all about THEM ONLY.....and union officials are pestering media with falsehoods constantly blaming GOV for their greedyness and attitudes.

The building was clean and super informative, the website is perfect too it really helped me do tests and research, it is overall a place to go if you are worried about something or need help researching something. I have been researching on Ancient Egypt on the website, and it's help me improved my tests a lot. I love both the website and building, it is an awesome place to go. And is good for research if you are struggling with work.

Who gives you the right to change history? To judge people of the past by today's standards without understanding the circumstances of the time. I take it as a personal insult to myself, this country and the people who made great! These same people allowed you to have a place of privilege and now you want to erase them from history instead of educating people.The changing of school names is WRONG!

Shouldve done this years ago.They weren't there for me as a child how could I have thought they'd be there for my ownThey keep taking things away and not providing any care nor education for the coming future and blame it upon everyone elseWhen I was in gr 3 we did wood working I get that a lot of parents hold their children back preventing some to move forward but thats what written consents are for.Don't blame others when its you that give the rules and the change in the first place

The board office is the worst. I am a former employee. Was harassed for having medical health issues. The union is in on it and they screw you for disability then dont respond the voicemails or emails. The board centre is the perfect example of a toxic workplace that should be investigated for breaking labour laws. They even made sure not to send me my disability paperwork until after the due date so I couldnt qualify even though I should and then don't respond to that either. Been in contact with cupe and theyre are even more useless and more corrupt. I was being blamed for things that never happened so they could try to push me out. They never had proof but would harass and intimidate me until i had to leave for my own health and safety. This employer made me suicidal because they were ruining my career for an illness that.

Awful school board. This place is the worst. Students are treated like numbers and dollar signs. If your child is creative or more advanced than what the school is teaching. They need to start teaching kids instead of training kindless zombies

When trying to do what is best for a student and prevent having major issues, am told that they are only worried about the collective agreement and the union. Can't wait for the issues I've warned them will happen with my niece to happen and the media and lawsuit that will follow.

TVDSB has taken gym away from straffordville public school and gave it to a new bridge program strictly for German speaking kids. Parents are considering pulling out our children from this school..

Grooming our children. Educators have gone too far with curriculum. They need to serve our children by teaching them appropriate things in school while leaving other things to parents.
