We LOVE our new table!! Totally impressed with the level of service I received from Laurie at Reside Furnishings West Edmonton. I was in the market for a new kitchen table and had been shopping around for weeks at every furniture store. From the moment I walked into Reside, Laurie was attentive but not pushy, helpful but not in your face. She patiently looked at the many kitchen photos on my cell to see the space and style, and genuinely cared about what would suit my home. I fell in love with a very unique wood table with wrought iron design around the corners and a saw-cut surface. She sent me home with color and stain samples, and finishes. Laurie has impeccable taste and a designers eye like no other!! I could see that this high standard of service was ingrained in every staff member I had the pleasure to meet at Reside. Thank you. I will be back for future pieces.

Our shopping experience was so seamless with Reside Furnishings. We came in not really knowing what type of sectional would work for our space, but David was so helpful in helping us customize the perfect piece. He was communicative with shipping and delivery updates. The gentlemen that delivered the furniture arrived on time (no waiting around for hours) and were sure we were satisfied with the piece before leaving. Great experience from start to finish!

To say that Reside Furnishings provides good" service is a gross

Deb was nice enough and very attentive in helping with fabric selection. Fabric colours were great, just the type of fabric offered by Johnathon Louis products is lacking. i found the pricing a little high and the quality of the furniture from Johnathon Louis just okay. I think i have a bit of buyer's remorse. The lack of pet friendly fabrics like the cut down velvet and other smooth and tightly wooden fabrics you can get from other furniture manufacturers that push pet friendly (I've had fabric samples sent to me) is a little disappointing. the 1.8 or 1.9lb foam won't stand up, i know this now, i know that there are a few manufacturers the provide high density and natural latex up to 2.5 lbs and customizable everything else. I didn't realize the arm height would be so high on the sectional because i was only able to see one piece of it on the floor and that was the piece that had the lower arm on it. All in all it was a good experience with the store.

We recently purchased a leather sofa and chair from Reside Furnishings. Richard was extremely helpful and assisted us in making a great choice, He also updated us regularly as to when it would be shipped and delivered. We are extremely happy with our new furniture!

Beautiful store with quality selection and excellent service!Debbie immediately came to our aid to help my grandmother and I find the Stressless section when we entered. From there she made incredible strides to help find the chair that worked best for my grandmother. She was very patient and thoroughly answered all of our questions, and was also very proactive with helping to find the right style and color of chair. She stayed with us the whole time to help with everything from seeing which chair fit my grandmother best to assisting her with the power recliner controls.Overall a great experience! Debbie was extremely helpful and polite, thank you so much for all the help!

We had a perfect experience with Reside Furnishings. We never felt rushed and were given lots of help and time to pick exactly what we wanted. The delivery was handled professionally and they navigated our difficult staircase with ease. And it all turned out great! No surprises, the sofa is exactly what we planned and we love it.

The leather sectional recliner sofa fits nicely to our bonus room and is perfect for relaxing and watching movies with the family. Special thanks to Richard who were so warm and patient during the selection process . He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond his job to ensure that we were happy with our choices. We were also pleased with the white glove delivery team for carefully handling the furnitures and in assembling them. We will definitely go back to this family operated furniture store in the future.
