Waiting for more than 2 years for PR Card renewal of my in laws. Its jut a renewal and not a new application. Online status says decision made since last 18 months. Customer service team says file is in Etobicoke office since last 18 months. No updates after that. Have been trying to contact the office without any help. Not sure how this department works.Note : We finally received the PR Card . We sent application in mail but just recently found out that someone had entered our postal code incorrectly. Was showing correct previously so not sure what went wrong. Lesson learned that If sending applications by mail, do keep on checking it online every time for errors while simultaneously calling customer service.

I have received work permit extension eligibility email but my gckey does not show opt in option after contacting ircc so many times, submitted so many web forms and contacting gckey helpdesk. There's no solution with anyone of them for my problem they created themselves.

I'm beyond shocked that this place doesn't offer wheelchairs! The building is wheelchair accessible, but what if someone is a refugee who can't afford to have a wheelchair? What if someone just got a day pass from the hospital? It's a government location and it should be inclusive to everyone. Thank you for all you do but consider this feedback for future improvements. There should be at least one wheelchair to make it accessible to all.

Applied to sponsor my wife April 2022. Application got returned because it was apparently sent to the wrong department. I have since resubmitted the application September, 2022. Till today I am yet to receive an Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) nor an application number. I have tried sending web form inquiries and called on numerous occasions. When you call an automated message asks for application number. How do you give out an information that hasn't been provided to you.These people do not understand how frustrating and demoralizing it is to be away from your spouse for so long. They say they aim to bring families together, clearly that's not the case. All other developed countries aren't taking this long to process spousal application. It's like they want to tear families apart. Extremely disappointed to say the least!!

Applied for inland spousal application 33 Months back and I am yet to hear anything from Etobicoke Center since the file got moved here in October 2021.I am changing my Review after 3 weeks. In our case, our first immigration team left a lot of gaps in our application which I believe did not help the officer take a decision and neither was any reason to reject the case.I reached out Jane Katkova and Associates 3 weeks back and both Jane and Carina immediately started working on our application. We prepared our application supporting material in 3 days and within 7 days of submission Etobicoke IRCC officer approved our PR application.I initially gave one start for review but after seeing the prompt response of the office, I realized that officer tried their best to support us so I am changing it to four stars. I wish officer would have asked us for more details, or probably our previous Immigration team could have done better.I would strongly recommend anyone who have their case stuck here to reach out to Jane Katkova and Associate. Both Jane and Carine are extremely knowledgeable, Caring, Kind, Compassionate and professional.

Spent 15 mins going through all the instructions to talk to an agent. They just disconnected the call saying no agent is available to talk. 1 time is understandable but not 4 times on 4 different days. Really wish I could remove the one star as well

I applied for Permanent residence in July 2021 my Daughter is a refugee in NETHERLANDS, she was affected by the war of Ukraine, her status of refugee expiin July.I sent all the needed documents to Etobicoke office.24 months ,we are waiting........

This review is especially for the security guard at the front desk. He listened to my issue with attention and was able to go inside and have the problem fixed for me. It is always very rewarding when people listen to you and try to help, regardless of their position. Thank you very much, sorry I didn't ask your name.

Received an invitation to pick up my PR Card from this IRCC center after 2.5 years.Arrived at the center by 1pm as instructed in the letter with my COPR and original passport. The token was called out in 15 mins, the officer at the counter was patient and amicable, passport details were checked and the card was smoothly handed over.Location conveniently adjacent the Kipling Station - didn't encounter any line ups and service was efficient.
