Always take the grandkids there whenever they are visiting me. Great place. Kids beg to go there as soon as they get out their vehicle. Always give people I meet there good vibes about the Castle" playground as the grands call it."

Absolutely loved our trip to the big wooden playground! It was over an hour from Halifax and worth the drive. Make sure to bring a picnic and make a day of it. The playground is humongous, there is lots for the kids to do. Lots of benches for the parents and a couple picnic tables.

My kids love coming to this playground. They will spend hours playing on all the equipment. I enjoy taking them there. There is spots throughout the playground for parents to sit and relax.

Was an awesome stop fir the kids but garbage was over flowing and that made the hornets crazy ..some points i was running to make sure i didnt get stung

My sister and I and her three grandchildren went to the wooden Park, which I never even heard of before. It was great, the kids loved it. I took my dog around the park for a walk. There's actually nobody there as it's pretty much in the middle of nowhere, but it was nice to have the part to ourselves. I'll definitely go again if given the chance.

Best playground in NS hands down! Bring a coffee and snacks there isn't much around for stopping points. They have a porta potty on site and plenty of parking.

Very cool playground in a part of Nova Scotia I may never have visited before. A very cool large wooden structure, unlike anything we've seen before. The kids played for two hours and didn't get bored. No amenities around so pee before you leave the house!

Amazing find, was driving to look at some land and the girl's doggy needed a break, saw this place and stopped. Would have loved to grow up close to this, great play area, lots of activities and the design is very well done.
