Below average. Needs serious improvements to be considered as a decent place to eat and satisfy customers. When we walked in there was this rotten smell lingering in the air. The floor underneath the table we sat at was nasty. When we went to pay for the food, they didn’t accept credit card, only takes debit. I ordered the Choppan (lamb chops) dinner meal which was the second most expensive item on the menu. When we went to receive our food, we were told that they ran out of lamb shanks that my brother ordered and that he needs to pick something else. It would’ve been nice if they told is this when we first ordered. I was thoroughly disappointed with the small portions of the lamb chops that I got. The men’s bathroom was a mess. When I entered, someone left the tap running and left. The foam soap dispenser didn’t dispense soap properly, it dispenses a tiny amount which is not enough(probably needs a refill). Garbage bin was overflowing.However I will say that the employees were pretty good and they were competent and working hard.If this place improves these shortcomings, they will satisfy their customers 100%.

Bamiyan kebob is a nice frequently go to place. It's not a fancy restaurant. Good if you want to have healthy food options at reasonable rates. Kofta kebob, chapli kebob with salad. Manto was okay. Ajax location is very spacious with ample parking as compared to Markham location

The portions are huge and very generous.We ordered Beef Kofta Kabob and chicken dinner, including rice, salad, and naan, it was delicious but the rice need more spices.We loved the place, we will come back soon.

I haven't complained about it, but they stopped putting salad dressing on the veggies even then the portion is small compared to the rice. I am done getting kabobs from this place place its too over rated. Service sub par

It was newly opened branch and was grand. The portions are huge and one meal is enough for two people. We ordered one each and had to pack one and take it away as we had no idea that they were so big.

We were on the road and decided to pop in since we had heard great things! The food was absolutely delicious and so fresh, meat was cooked perfectly. The bread was so good we bought more for our road trip. We even got some homemade ice cream, highly recommend it!Thanks for the great service, we'll be back !

Quality food and very good portions. Freshly prepared but the cleanliness very extremely poor as many tables, sitting and floor were left dirty. Toilets were in very bad state. If the place is well maintained this place is definitely a 5 stars.

Pickering has become more and more diverse with its restaurant openings and I love it!Bamiyan Kabob is an Afghan restaurant that opened early last year, before the pandemic. I have tried several items from their menu and have yet to be disappointed.This Beef Kofta Kabob dinner, including rice, salad, and naan, was delicious. The portions are very generous and I wasn't able to finish the rice or naan. Maybe next time I'll have it without the rice.I'll be back...

The restaurant is very nice decoreted.No table service, only self serve. Food wasn't bad but have had very bad experience. Found a big hair in the kobob. They changed the platter but the platter came when all my family members were done eating.
