I was in and out in 3 minutes! As soon as I walked in they asked what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction, and by the time I got to the section they had already looked up the part numbers and told me what they had and didn't have in stock. The guy came over and grabbed the stuff and cashed me out I didn't even have time to check for a name tag or ask his name. Great service! I will be back here for sure!

My car got an engine light on and so I went to Auto Value to get it scanned. They let you borrow their scanner for free so that’s good. NAPA wanted $40 for that alone so I won’t be going there anymore.Once I scanned the car, I took a picture of my code and Darren was nice enough to look it up for me. Turns out my purge valve might be starting to go. It could also just be my gas cap. We cleared my code and I’ll trouble shoot it for now.I’m very impressed with auto value for their customer service. If it turns out that I would need a purge valve, I’ll definitely grab it from auto value.On an unrelated note, we also bought my girlfriends battery from auto value and it’s been going strong over these past few years as well.

My engine light came on that my o2 sensor needed replaced. I went to auto value to get the parts. The guy working the counter looked my car up and gave me the parts. I asked him to confirm that my car only needed 2 and he said yes. We called the parts manager a couple days later and he told us the same thing. Fast forward I replaced the parts and the problem still didn’t go away so I took it to a shop telling them I replaced the sensors and they were unable to find the problem seeing as I had all new sensors. $200 later and my car still isn’t running right. Come to learn neither person at auto value told me the correct information and my car needed 4. So now I have to buy more parts take it back to a shop which will cost me even more. What should have been a day job and a couple hundred bucks now has turned into 2 weeks of problems and double the price. I won’t be going back here

UpdateAuto Value reviewed my situation and issued me a generous refund. I am very impressed and grateful for their response. I will definitely be shopping at Auto Value in the future.My Nationwide battery was dead so took it to Auto Value Crowfoot. They tested it and said it was fine and offered to charge it and retest it. Picked it up fully charged" and put it back in the car and left it for a day until I could get it to the shop. Come time to drive to the shop battery was dead. Boosted the vehicle and drove it to the shop. Shop tested charging system
