I am very impressed with the customer service. They are very helpful and friendly. If for some reason your product has problems they are not harrassing you by asking million questions, like other stores do. Boss is very pleasant and his door is always open if you have some questions. I will continue shopping at VJ.

Very helpful and friendly and they mostly do B2B business but went to buy a hand truck. It was very sturdy and durable though I did not purchase it I recommend it to someone. The tires and overall I think it has great potential. And the price compared to other stores is relatively cheap. The shop has parking and many other spaces to park.
