Axon has worked with us in an unpredictable situation and been very understanding about it. Ryan has been so great to work with. He responds quickly, is organized and always makes things work. Washing machine in my building takes my money but doesn’t start. I’ve told Axon about this issue many times and they refuse to fix the washing machine. At one point they asked me to send them a video of the washing machine stealing my money. I sent them a video and still the refuse to fix or replace the machine.I had to clean the apartment when I moved in. I also had to ask Axon to fill in the holes in my walls and repaint the apartment properly after I had moved in.

Of the many many property management companies we worked with to get our place in Kingston, Axon was by far the most responsive and accommodating, their communication was fantastic. It can feel like a full time job trying to find a place to rent, especially in a university town, but they honestly made the process so much more human. We worked with Colin to find a place that suited our family needs, and he was fantastic, super easy to communicate with, and didn't make us feel like just another applicant going through the motions. Highly recommend, and thanks again.

I'm actually surprised at all the negative reviews here, and on Reddit,Axon took over an aging building that I've lived in for over a decade, the previous owner didn't do much when it came to upgrading, or repairs.Since Axon has taken over they have been nothing but cordial and pleasant to communicate with, if I have a question they answer my email inquiries usually within a couple of hours, If I need something repaired, it's taken care of promptly...They have made numerous upgrades and repairs to the building, some are structural, others are in line with Health and safety, I think they do their best to accommodate tenants...keep in mind they can only do so much when it comes to the cleanliness of a building...at some point the onus falls to the individuals that occupy the common areas, inside and out.I'm not disputing any of these negative reviews, but maybe some should brush up on the landlord tenant act to see what tenant rights and landlord responsibilities actually are...and above all, remember...you get what you give.Take care and have a great day

I would highly recommend David from Axon! He was extremely helpful in finding me an apartment that met all my expectations. He is extremely quick to respond and I was able to secure a rental in less than 24 hours. Great experience

I recently was contracted by Axon Property Management to do some unit work and the experience was one of the most enjoyable work experiences I've had. The people are super friendly and the work atmosphere is easygoing! 10/10 company.

We went through the whole application process with this company giving all our personal info and doing a credit check. They approved us and sent us the next steps and a lease to sign with incorrect information on it. They mentioned they would correct it and send us a new copy. Before we got the new copy they sent a message saying the place was taken. Between approving us and retracting the lease they sent, it happened within a 20 hour period. I would avoid this property management company at all costs as they have no intent in looking out for your best interests.
