Virgin mobile sent me a new phone with this poor company and based on tracking no was delivered on a sunday evening..of course no phone was deliverd to me! 2 weeks later and my patience is below zero...phone calls back and forth with virgin mobile and investigations running...i really think this company is a joke and scammers!I made Virgin aware of thr bad rating of this company and hope they learn their lesson as i see i am not the only one with this problem

My experience has been very positive with this company. The negative reviews are people whining about deliveries that were late during a global pandemic. This isnt Amazon, but they are better than the big 3 UPS/Fedex/Puro.

I went there to work part time on SIN. It was one of the worst experience ever. The supervisor working over there are soo rude. They didn't even allowed us to drink a glass of water and said to empty the trailer in 15 minutes or else this will be our last day here. What's wrong with everyone working over there. All the supervisors are so unprofessional and just keep giving slangs to the workers.I just wanted to say that we are international students, not your servants. We work so that we can manage our expenses. Don't treat us as we all are your servants.Worst experience ever. I will never recommend anyone to work with them.SHAME ON YOU ALL.

They've changed their name to TForce Integrated Solutions. The worst! They claim that they've attempted a delivery - I was home and no one showed up. Then they report that the address is wrong. It's been two weeks, still no package, the haven't returned it to the retailer, and don't answer phone or email queries. Do not use!!!

I wish I could do negative stars. Virgin Mobile tried to send me a new phone through them. 11 days and counting and still no phone. No one answers the phone at any time. The tracking system is bogus. It said my parcel was out for delivery 10 days ago! I think someone is probably selling things on the black market. DO NOT USE THEM!!

I was hired to work in this company and it was the worst thing I've ever done in my life. They treat us like nothing. We work hard and at the end of the shift, I felt like I would die. The supervisor is really rude and when I asked when was the break (because I couldn't stand in a dark place carrying all those boxes without pause for 5 hours in a row) he shouted at me saying that I needed to wait until other people finish their breaks. I don't recommend anyone to work there. Because of that, I've seen the employee throwing the boxes without any caution. Electronics and fragile products were damaged for sure. But they don't care about it. They just want the work to be done and fast. I worked at another warehouse and I felt the difference. The managers were respectful at least. Don't hire and don't work for this company.

If I can give negative rating, I would give it to them. The customer service is VERYYYYYY RUDE. Called few times for a package and the nerve to tell me to just pick it up like at 10-11PM. not even apologetic or at least try to compromise. They’re the WORST! wonder why Bell choose them.

HOLY SMOKES! These are criminals!!! Can you explain to me why Bell is using them? This is the second phone is not delivered. Their website was hacked this week. They dont accept calls and you cannot reach them. PLEASE BELL CANADA LOOK INTO THIS. Everybody else please stay away from this company and post your complain here hoping someone can look into this.

I ordered a phone from Bell three months ago and it has still not arrived. Bell states that this is my problem because it was shipped to TForce. I had to complain to them, not to Bell.TForce does not answer the phone or emails. The phone now just disconnects after a message saying high call volume.Bell states that if I cancel my account, I will have to pay full price for the phone I will never receive.What an incredible scam TForce is running and terrible customer service Bell is offering.

BEWARE! This company may be a fraud. Their customer service is never open and when they are they just deflect the problem (if you can ever get to talk to someone). They don't even both to attempt to deliver packages. If your Amazon carrier selection picks this company cancel your order immediately and buy it again.This company used to have hundreds of google reviews under dynamex, but then they Closed" that brand and started this brand now. They are changing their business name to deflect against bad reviews. Interestingly if you notice their review history they started off with a bunch of 5 star reviews only to quickly be demoted to 1 star again.THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! The operators and owners should be in jail.."
