It was our first consultation meeting at Pacific West Dental and I have to say they are super professional. From reception, the assistant, to seeing Dr. Kevin Lee, the experience was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Lee was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained all the necessary steps moving forward for my son. He made us feel at ease and we just know we are in the best of hands. We look forward to our next visit and having Dr. Lee and his team guide us through this process!

Their customer service is very good and they try their best to accomodate their clients with appointments. Above all, I like the fact that their clinic is very clean. I had a great experience at PacificWest Dental Group. Dr. Lee was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in his field. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment options available to me. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The office is modern, clean, and well-equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this dental office with Dr. Lee and the staff.

DR CHENG WANG, is an expert and professional in his field, however that doesn’t give him the right to be rude and disrespectful to others. And that’s my personal opinion, others may disagree, but that’s my honest opinion, and that’s why I put a star and I will never go to this clinic again.

They handled my complex orthodontics case well and aways goes above and beyond to schedule last minute appointments if emergencies arise. While I was on time for my appointment, I waited over 30min for my appointment today, no comfort or apologies coming from the receptionist or hostess. Only Blank stares, and they cut me off as I was speaking!I explained “I have another place to go after” before I finish my sentence the hostess said “I dont know! You can ask the girl that will be helping you!”I have been an active member at pacific west dental for 3 years, never have they ever apologized for their delay in service. I am completely disgusted today by the hostess who cut me off without even trying to comfort me for waiting for 30 minutes!

Friendly staff and awesome doctors. My attachments came off few times and they got me emergency appointments the next day. Very helpful! Worth the money!
