Extremely helpful staff, they were understanding and knowlegable when I came to make printed copies of documents from various sources. The prices are a bit steep tho

They have what you need, very clean and well organized. But the staff was sluggish and didn't seem to speak English nor French very well.

unreliable service and staff is unhelpful and rude, after waiting 30 minutes on a call to get simple confirmation where is my order (that was supposed to be same day but it's already been 10 days without any updates) and then getting flushed when i tried to call again so now i cant even reach anyone.

The staff at big box stores can easily be hit of miss, but in this case their small but mighty team holds their own. I am mainly referring to the printing service staff to which I give a big shout out to Mahsa who is very good and helps to make that department what it is. Ryan is also quite pleasant, polite and helpful. Printing can be an intense and stressful undertaking especially when tight deadlines and important projects are concerned. Even more the reason why I give them kudos. They have as much grace under pressure as can be expected and I am thankful for it. I hope it keeps up going forward because printing is a very important part of business.I would also like to mention Claude the store manager who has a big load on his shoulders, but still manages to keep a lighthearted attitude. Not to mention other team members like Soufian, Nozar, and Ridha. Merci à eux aussi.Big box stores don't always get much love, but this time they do!Merci encore team!

During the past year service has deteriorated, particularly during week days and in the afternoons. Personnel is rude and they always find a way to make the experience even worst, particularly the supervisors who always seem to be on a bad mood and they don’t seem to understand what customer management and relationships are about. They never understand what you ask for (their favourite expression/slogan in the printing area is: “je ne comprends pas”). They refuse to speak in English to the customers, even when you hear the staff talking to each other in this language. The only reason to use this particular store is due to the lack of options in the area.

I needed to increase the size of some letters and received step by step instructions from an employee. She showed me exactly where to place it on the glass so the items would fit onto the paper sheet size I needed from the trays below.

Been to one Staples in Québec, seen them all. They are great for office supplies, chairs, etc. Check out their specials, but price check bigger priced items as they can be very competitive, but not always.

This is the worst place for printing and Customer service. Their website is not functionnal, there is now way to get responses to my request for help. The only staff member I managed to speak to told me : if you're not happy, go elsewhere!

Wanted to get some 4x6 printed off a USB drive. The person at the printing center told me it's best to print it at home but not to select the fast printing option because the quality isn't good. I asked for a test print so I can see the quality myself. She said she'll print me an equivalent". It cost me over 5$ for the this test. It was 2 prints. Not even 4x6 format. Not on photo paper. Matte cardboard. Online I see that photo prints are 19cents each and printed on gloss photo paper even for the rush option. So not sure what I just paid 5$ for. This is bad service. Waste of money and not at all advising customers correctly. Feels like printing photos isn't even a complicated photo job. To boot
