Here busy or not busy, you should wait for them to come and serve you, without reason. I don’t want to write the associates name here, but they definitely need to respect and treat everyone same.

Very terrible service !! I called multiple times for help concerning my medication and kept getting hung upon , very irritating when you depend on the medication. I will not be coming back here again to fill my prescriptions ‼️

Good location. It has everything, vaccines, and staff are good and nice. Don't expect to get kids over the counter medicines because they ran out often. Other than that it's a busy location. I get my medicines over here

The pharmacy here is no good. I went to refill my prescription and was told to collect it the next day, but when I went there next day not only I had to wait like more than 20 mins but my medication was not ready and I was told that they don't have it in stock and need to come on 3 days later to collect. It was an important medication that I cannot miss daily but I had wait for 3 days. Also, I understand that pharmacy can be busy but the lady who took my refill didn't even confirm if the medication was in stock. At the end, I just want that pharmacy should supply the medication on time.

Worst pharmacy service I’ve had in my life. If you’re waiting to get your prescription and God for a bit, there’s an Indian with a turban waiting behind you you’re not getting served before the Indian, if Hell freezes over.

Horrible place, seen cashier struggling to finish the lines as supervisors and lady manager always busy talking and laughing for minutes. Such unprofessionalism for getting paid for nothing. This is not the first time I have seen such circumstances, shoppers please do better. The system was frozen The poor cashier switched lines back and forth, shame on the internal staff, aisles are never organized, products are here n there, such a time wastage to visit this location.

Worst experience at the pharmacy of this store. The pharmacist there named Sarjit Patel is super rude and careless. Does not care to provide medication for the prescription provided. I went there twice and both times I found this same guy returning me and telling to come the next day in morning, saying he does not have time and is busy at this time. I went there for my kid’s medication for ears first on Friday evening around 8 pm, and then again on Sunday evening around 8 pm as I couldn’t go during day time due to my work. On my first visit I did not mind going back as there was quite some rush and there were 2-3 more people behind me. This pharmacist said I am alone today and cannot give you medication, telling me there are so many people behind you. But second time, there was no rush at all. There was no line up and there was even one more helper with him at the pharmacy. This attitude is very bad for a pharmacist. You are supposed to be healers and help people when they are there in time of distress. What is the point of having pharmacy open until 10 pm when you can not provide medication within that time.

The worst shoppers drug mart ever!!!! This place should close down! Horrible customer service and compared to other locations this place is more expansive trust me! Disgusting they need new staff. They also follow you like an hawk in the beauty area I have thousands of dollars and can buy my items. Im in my 30s I dont like to be followed and spied on it makes me feel very uncomfortable. Also they have no knowledge of makeup or perfume I need to teach them.

Today I was racially profiled at this shoppers location. The employee in the beauty/service area blatantly followed me, my niece and sister in law around. We were made to feelextremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. With every move we made she followed and watched us. When I shared my discomfort with my employee she responded by saying “sorry for doing my job” and smirked. She did not offer a sincere apology or any type of solution. We asked for a manager and instead of calling the manager over, she said she’s on the other side and walked off to chat with other employees. After finally requesting her name and the name of the manager, she finally called the manager over. We waiting an additional 10 mins and the manager did not come. I had to go over to the other side and seek the manager out myself. After finding the manager and telling her of the awful interaction, her only response was shaking her head and saying she would speak to the employee. There was no apology or no attempt to render this disgusting experience. I will be escalating this to corporate as I am not satisfied with the outcome as the employee nor the manager addressed how me and my family were made to feel like criminals by a business we consistently Suport. This is super unfortunate and I will not be shopping here again.

Always had issue with Pharmacy staff, they put on hold never come back to answer the questions. Such a cheap costumer service!!!!!!!
