Most disorganized company I have ever had to deal with. Constantly calling and canceling my mom’s appointments. I have repeatedly called and asked that her PSW come before noon and half the time they can’t even get that right!!!I wish there were other options!

I have been with this company for just over 6 months. Amazing team!!!! They all truly care about their employees and their clients. Couldn’t ask for a better team of people!

Poor employee on boarding on the part of the supervisor (who never introduced themselves to me after two full days of in-office training). Cold, unwelcoming, and in complete opposition to what the company purportedly stands for.To put it bluntly, I am happy to not offer my time and abilities to CSHCS-especially to a supervisor who works in the wellness sector who has zero interpersonal dynamics.

The psw ,s are without doubt the most caring individuals. However the problems with this company are the owners and management. They cannot provide a consistent service. Every second day the home care is interrupted by none show of PSWs leaving the care of the client to family members The staff in the office will lie to the clients when giving reasons for none show of workers. This company is listed 51st out of 51 health care providers And a well deserved position for its poor service

Every second third night they keep cancelling come and change my mom and give her pills and we've been talk to them with trying to figure things out and it seems like they don't even want to help my mom had an hour now they cut it to half an hour this is getting out of hand
