I bought portable AC. I took at home and the windows plate was missing. It took me 3 days to get plate back. Then i try to run the ac but no cooling after 5-7 days no cooling so I called them and ask them to service. Then i took at store. After 3-4 days i went to there to pick up AC. And they said you have to pay $40 for cleaning dust. Wow.. they give me refurbished AC and never cool at my home and i have to pay for cleaning dust. Sorry boss. Never come again and never refere any one. Stay away from this place.

Do not ever order from these people. They cancel your order and say you are getting fully refunded, but over a month later, still nothing. They have no problem hanging up on you or giving all kinds of stories about the status of your refund. Save yourself some headaches and shop somewhere else!!

Very helpful staff. They unboxed the TV and tested it before we left the store. They helped wrap it up and load it as well in awful weather conditions. My Family is loving the Sony XR75X90K TV. And I love the price!

The washing machine I purchased has stopped working again.We got it 3 weeks ago and only use the machine for my baby's clothes, the machine suddenly stopped washing but the spinning compartment is still working, I don't know why this is always happening to your washing machine.Canadian warehouse outlet! kindly do something about your malfunctioning washing machine.

I order a fan over a month ago! March 27th, 2023. I haven't received my fan and it's going to be hot summer, I need it ASAP. They sent me a Canada Post tracking number but has not been updated with a time for delivery. I called several times and only get the voicemail with no messaging system to leave a voicemail to inquire about the order and emailed several times and still no response.This business is SUSPECT, they took my money and I did not receive my order. If I do not receive a rely or the order, I am going to report them to the better business bureau.

I ordered an Ice maker off their online store on April 24th and the shipping status is still sitting as they just created a label for it. I have tried calling the location several times and I've also tried their live chat ( Isn't actually watched by anyone, it just emails them ) to which I have received no response to any phone call or any of my emails.I strongly suggest not ordering anything from this Mickey Mouse Company. I am now having to Dispute the charges as they took my money but never provided the product that was purchased.
