Dr Cal Andreou, Urologic Surgeon

I met with Dr. Andreou, to plan a surgery for my prostate. Dr. Andreou is fantastic. He was so personable, thorough and answered all my questions. His explanations and advice were spot on. Currently the surgery is on hold as I have a supplement that is helping control the issue . My experience with this office has been excellent. 5 STARS . The entire staff has been excellent.

Dr.Andreou himself is so nice his staff In the office has so much attitude towards you just like they are giving you a big favor. Not realizing they are there to help you, not to give you more pain. Dr. Andreou if you are reading this please overlook at your staff as well and see how your staff is behaving with ppl the one you are working hard to save.

Very busy office but staff especially Sue is perfectly organized in handling patients and probably one of the only Doctors office where phone calls are answered without any delay. Theres no comparison to Dr Andreou's professionalism.

I have been suffering from prostate problem for long time, 2 years ago I found the best urologist in Canada Dr Cal Andreou. Few weeks ago I got my surgery done by Dr Andreou's. He's very caring and kind towards to his patients Thank you Dr Andreou and his staff especially Sue for being so kind and caring to me God bless bless you all.

Since Dr. Andreou helped me earlier this year, my quality of life has greatly improved. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him to any who has plumbing issues. He tells it like it is and is very thorough in his evaluation before recommending a treatment.

Unfortunately over the years things didn’t get better I was so disappointed about the medical assistant (at the front desk) she is so rude and has no respect whatsoever, dr Andreou is a good dr but has a sarcastic side and you can feel he doesn’t either like you or despise you so when you are a dr you have to put your judgement aside and help people the best of your knowledge so sad I felt like getting dragged in the mud. I believe I won’t find anything worse than that. Dr Andreou do yourself a huge favour, get rid of that wich on the front desk

Office staff is always very rude and not letting you even finish your sentence when you talk. They interrupt all the time with a very irate tone. It is always a service we get on the phone and in the office. I've been there with my family members there on and off for the last 3 years. Dr Cal is polite and helpful, though.

My experience with the doctor has been perfect all along. Special mention must go to Sue who took my calls and answered all my questions when I was a bit worried. She is very knowledgable and very compassionate. Thank you Dr. Andreou and thank you Sue.

Dr. Cal Andreou (Dr. A) saved my husband's life! Although still in the throes of cancer treatment, without the skillful surgical intervention of Dr A, my husband would not have been able to tolerate needed radiation therapy. My trust and faith in the medical establishment has been rekindled; there are knowledgeable, compassionate and caring medical practitioners in BC who can deliver difficult news in a gentle way, and suggest with honesty a way through it. Thank you Dr. A. for your guidance, generosity of time and humility.
