On Friday at 2:15… I called McCance Plumbing and Heating in Okotoks. Robin, answered my call with my toilet problem. He was courteous, polite and accommodating. Within seconds of my call he had his guy meet me at my rental property within 10 minutes. (He actually beat me there)…Max was courteous, polite and accommodating also. He left my property by 3:30 took away all the garbage and left it clean.Thank you so much Robin and Max.I will definitely be calling you in the future with any plumbing and heating problem.Lorraine

The plumber send was very determined, creative, flexible, and thorough. He demonstrated excellence in skill.Personally, he did not take a break and worked for 6 hours straight to get the work done.I was his second call of the day, and after being at my place from 2 pm-8 pm, he still had a 2-hour drive to get home to Calgary.I'm guessing he put in an 18-hour day all told from when he left home.You don't see that kind of dedication often anymore, and I am honored to have met such an incredibly dedicated and hard worker.If I was McCance's competition, I would actively try to recruit this man for my team.Superior experience with him, Thank You.Sherwood Layton Sr.

Drew did a fantastic job of installing a new kitchen faucet. He was very friendly and extremely professional. He took the time to shine up the new faucet after installing it and cleaned up nicely under the sink. I'd have him back to do any plumbing needed in the future! Jay did a GREAT job at getting our AC back up & going. Parts in stock in Jay's van. Got it all going in 1 visit. Excellent. Highly recommend. Many others on our street also use & recommend McCance.

Such great service today! My McCance plumber didn't just do a great job unclogging my sink but he took the time to educate me on ways to prevent the problem in the future, ways I could solve the problem myself next time before it needs professional help, and he also gave me a little plumbing tip for my bathroom faucet just as a kindness. Was so happy with it all.

Installed a hot water tank and water softener for us.Drew was very professional, personable and a hard worker.The project required rerouting of some water lines. We were very impressed with the quality organization of the new lines.He kept us informed throughout the process of when the water was off and on again.There were no surprises and the job was completed as originally quoted.From start to finish we received great customer service from McCance Plumbing and Heating and would highly recommend their services.

I used McCance Plumbing for water leaks. The technician arrived at my home and surveyed the issue and then went back to the vehicle for the proper tools to complete the repair. Unfortunately, the tech was not a gamer meaning I could not talk about how the PS5 is far superior to any other console...therefore, I kept to myself as the work was conducted.Will definitely use their services again if issues occur. Scheduled a service call with McCance after having them referred to me by a coworker of mine. Will be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs. Jason had the repairs done in a timely manner, was thorough in his advice on what to look for moving forward and was honest about the urgency in which future repairs should be addressed. Awesome service from a variety of technicians. Daniel was out to replace a fan in November and suggested our furnace would need replacing in the near future. Booked a new furnace end of March.
