Had fantastic service with Tyler this evening! Very friendly and helpful, my husband and I left happy with shoes my husband loves. Will be back!

Me and my daughter went into Urban Trails at Orchard Park Shopping mall in Kelowna. Laurier was a fantastic help and was fun to deal with. He understood our quirky sense of humor, was knowledgeable, and helped us pick the right products. Every store needs a Laurier.

Helpful staff. On line web page is good. Lots of great looking shoes and sandals. Unfortunately out of a lot of sizes.

Last year I was in the hospital for over 130 days straight (this sucked) but it also gave me a good amount of time to research the perfect winter jacket. I made my decision and put two years worth of birthday and Christmas presents from my family towards the Moose Knuckles Stirling winter parka black with white trim. I was at a point of almost giving up on finding this jacket as I had waited until October this year to actually purchase my dream winter jacket. After checking The Bay, Nordstroms, Moose Knuckles Online and a couple other small stores I finally found my jacket in my size at Urban trail. The color I chose wasn’t in stock at my Urban trail’s location but they were able to get it shipped directly to me, which was nice but it ended up taking over 2 weeks (shipped 11/16/2018 and arrived the first week of December). Unfortunately, the jacket didn’t live up to my expectations. Only a matter of weeks (12/22/2018) after I purchased the jacket the logo on the arm of the jacket, one of the fine details I loved, fell off while being properly dry cleaned by a professional dry cleaner who followed cleaning instructions as directed by the manufacture. I was so devastated that after a year of research and two years of savings my dream winter jacket looks like a ridiculous mess. I need a good solid warm winter jacket because I’m constantly freezing, dealing with a chronic illness, and going out to daily appointments at the hospital. I’m embarrassed to be wearing my jacket with half a logo on the arm and you would think that Moose Knuckles would be embarrassed to have me walking around with this too, but when we contacted them regarding the faulty logo they asked for pictures and decided it wasn’t their problem even though initially over the phone they said at least they would take the jacket and repair it. To make things worse the Urban trail store that sold me the jacket has completely washed its hands of any responsibility and said they would do nothing, that it’s all up to the manufacturer. So, sadly, all I have left is to write my extremely dissatisfied review of Moose Knuckles, the brand, and Urban trail, the retailer, as companies completely abandoning a sick customer who spent a lot of money to keep warm and allowing me to walk around with a jacket that is missing half a logo. You can be assured that every single time a person asks about my jacket I will point out immediately the shoddy craftsmanship of the jacket and strongly urge them to choose any other brand than Moose Knuckles and any other store than Urban trail.

DONT SHOP HERE!!!!! I just purchased over one thousand dollars worth of product. I needed to exchange one of the vests to a bigger size. My wife went into the store and the lady said she would be happy to even though it was on christmass hours and they dont usually do it. We came back the next day the same lady went behind the till realized time and said she would not exchange the vest cause she was going on break and to bring it back the next day. We were shocked at the customer service she was the same person who told us to bring it in "as we left we walked out of an empty store with two other employees just standing around. Instead of exchanging the product we just returned it and bought it off line . The lady did not care that the store just lost five hundred dollars .
