I didn't use this business but spoke to the owner. Super nice guy and was very accommodating.

Curtis was very professional and his customer service was stellar! Go here before you go anywhere else as he is courteous, efficient and FAR more reasonable than anyone else I called including Southgate Audi. I had lost my only key to my car and my problem was solved within hours NOT days as all my other options I had offered. Use Fineline and you will be a happy customer, thank you Curtis.

I lost/misplaced both sets of motorhome keys. Phoned a few locksmiths and they seemed uninterested to take on the job. Called a couple Ford dealerships and found out they no longer keep codes to cut keys to any vehicle 10+ years old. However, they did refer me to Curtis at Fineline Locksmithing. It was the best referral I could've received. Curtis’s confidence that he could get the job done made my worries disappear. He was courteous and professional. He explained everything in detail including cost. I did not have to wait long before I had 2 new sets of keys in my hand. Thank you Curtis for a job well done. Just had Curtis out to open my C6 corvette that locked itself with the key fob inside.Prompt, courteous and professional.Did not use airbag or slim Jim type tools so no bending or scratching. Picked the trunk lock with a fancy tool.I was impressed. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic company!My husband thought our kids locked him out of the house. After a call to Fineline, they were able to get us back into our house in under an hour. We found the bill to be very reasonable for the thorough prompt onsite service provided. Definitely recommend!Sadly they had to drill out our lock, but this was after extensive work trying to pick the lock. our door lock had sheered off, and because it was broken, it kept the door from opening. But we greatly appreciated the thorough work they provided in attempt to not be forced to drill out the lock. Sadly, we just had a really poor quality Home Depot special lock lol. The tech even suggested a few better quality options, but did not feel pushy at all!

Called May 29th 3:15 pm. Keys burnt in Wildfire for my Ranger. Curtis told me he would do it on Thursday June 1. Still no keys or contact from Curtis. Today is June 14

Curtis is amazing and knowledgeable and super helpful. My car wouldn't start (push button start). And he quickly identified that my fob battery is going dead. He was able to tell me where the proximity sensors are for my vehicle and how to replace the battery. I highly recommend Fineline Locksmithing.

Curtis at Fineline Locksmithing was incredible! I was able to get a same day appointment when my car got broken into and my keys stolen. Curtis arrived shortly after the promised time, worked very quickly, re-keyed all my locks and the price was very reasonable. And Curtis was very friendly. Even my dog liked him! I would 100% recommend!

Met Curtis. Fantastic fellow, very knowledgeable. I talked the poor guys ear off. He did a unlock on my mercedes convertible that I left the keys for in the trunk. Came out very quickly, super professional service. A+ will hire again, would recommend.
