Waited in your store for some help to purchase tiles for our new washroom for 1/2 an hour … no one seems interested to acknowledge our presence while standing right in front of their desk. Why does It take 3 employees to help 1 customer. A simple “we will be with you shortly” would suffice.

Called order in spoke with Tim, he was super helpful and incredibly friendly. When I went to pickup my order was ‘greeted’ by the rudest woman I have ever encountered in customer service. Thank goodness Tim overheard her and took over helping me. Tim was amazing and is the only reason I would continue to deal with this location, based on the other woman I would have never returned to this location.

Visit September, 2021 for home renovation project. Excellent selection of ceramic and porcelain tile, natural stone, glass and mosaic tile as well as tile installation products. Staff were professional and helpful. Point-of-sale and inventory software in use may not be the superior as check-out and return of samples took some time.

Their selection is very good, they have a lot to choose from.But if you're a person who requires help with their project this might not be the place for you.Trying to find a person to help is quite difficult, and when you do they are not very friendly.

Visited on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Great selection. Big showroom. However, the 3 or 4 people behind the counter just watched customers meander through the showroom and not one moved to help anyone in the 30 minutes I was there.

We are contractors and previously used this store quite often. However, after our last visit, we will NEVER return. Customer service is terrible. The phone is never answered, the answering machine says to send an email with your order, I've done that and they don't even check their email. The man that works at the sales desk with glasses is rude and arrogant. I'd rather pay more somewhere else than ever walk through these doors again. I never write reviews for anything or anyone, the terrible service compelled me to write this one to warn others to not bother wasting their time.
