What a horror! I wanted to purchase a heater and salt system for our pool so I went on may 25 to Club Piscine Longueuil. The salesman took about 10 -15 minutes to sell me a stuff for 5000$+. Then the delivery and installment! One petit man showed up to install the large natural gas heater under our window. The salt system was promised to be delivered at the same time but.....was not! Another appointment for the salt system installment was set 1 week later. Here comes a man week later to tell me he is here to install the heater (that was installed 7 days ago! ). Well the same day two men showed up to deliver the salt system but were too busy talking to each other than to answer my questions.One of the few info I got from the salesman in Club Piscine was to contact Gaz metro prior to installation of the heater to turn off the gas. I called gaz métro and they had no idea what I was talking about. After the heater and salt system were installed by the contractors of Club Piscine, I got the plumber. I paid 300+ $ for him to tell me that club piscine installed the heater in a wrong place - just under the window. Then I got in touch with customer service (Mr G.G. ) of Club Piscine Longueuil. After few emails he decided to send his guys to take back the equipment and reimburse me for the equipment but not the plumber. He said I was supposed to hire the plumber prior to the delivery of the product so that he can tell me where to place the heater we have not yet seen. What a logic! He also informed me after I sent him bunch of pictures of the installed products and people installing the equipment etc that he already spent lots of time with me and the case is closed. I told him it’s the salesman’s responsibility to inform the customer about the product they are purchasing and his statement that the plumber was to give me information of the unseen product is wrong. Now it’s almost end of July, the water in the pool turned green because the professionals from club piscine Longueuil cut the pipes so I cannot use our old pump to recirculate the water. When I told the story to my friends they were asking why did I choose Club Piscine. Because I did not know any better. This is just to inform potential clients that before they put their foot in the Club piscine Longueuil there are other options: Trevi, Piscine Seychelles, Aquam. Take your time to do research. This was worst shopping experience in Montreal in 20 years. So far club piscine ruined our summer and if I could give minus 5 stars I would.

Actually had a great experience, even if I know that because of the pandemic they were overloadded throughtout the entire summer. THe customer service after sale was amazing !! The response was long but so aware of the situation and did everything they could so we can have a great service. They are trully meant to give a great customer service. THank you

I bought a spa there (Jacuzzi). The salesman (Denys) was super knowledgeable and helpful. Then when I needed to learn how to start it (what products to use and other technical info), I went back to the store and another sales person who happened to be there (Bruno) patiently explained everything to me. Would definitely reccommend them.

3 months ago, I bought the linear for the above swimming pool, and on Juin4 after more than 1 month, they came and installed it with more things like releveling the ground- Geotextile and more. But it worked for only 17 days, and 12 days ago during the night, it made itself completely empty from the bottom of the swimming pool which shows clearly the poor installation. Juin 25, I went to the Longueuil Branch where I bought it, and talked with customer service about the problem. The client service told me that the technician should see the swimming pool and after that, they will decide about the problem (but he told me that the store is responsible only for the product and if there will be any problem with the product, I have to pay the installation fee) and he told me the technician will call me in 10 days. But unfortunately, after 10 days nobody calls me. I called the store but they are not clearly responding. I bought the product with 15 years warranty and there is no problem from my side. I asked the question from myself: Is it the right policy? Because when I paid for everything that they want, they should be responsible. I don't know how long I must wait for the technician. Just look at the picture to see the quality of the work.

I just went for a small thing but they have everything you can ask for. Really nice place.

Happy with the pool but the installation was a nightmare and required several calls to the store because parts weren’t delivered.Still waiting on my vacuum because they are back ordered but they didn’t tell me that before selling it obviously.

Went in to buy a patio table and chairs today, only 2 salespeople for 10 customers and they were not respectful of social distancing. Asked the lady at the entrance about if they had more people at lunch or something and she said no, just 2 (in a total lack of enthusiasm whatsoever).Website pictures of tables are not accurate and low res...I left without talking to anyone after losing 15 mins in the store.

Store are filled with shark. No one give you the same information or price and it vary between store. Very inconsistent give you a clear indication of a say anything to sell" store. They are far from internet price. Buy somewhere else your care product if possible. As far as product and servicing goes it's hard to judge. I buy high quality spa twice and never had much trouble. The spa cover they sold are twice the price you get on internet
