Good Morning bought a TYM474 tractor before xmas and two days ago found a leak in the cab. Took some pictures and went to the dealer and showed them the pictures. They informed me that a Mechanic will be at my location with 2 days. 5hrs later Thomas showed up and started diagnostic the leak and found a leaking fitting and fixed it. Thomas was really professional. Hat off to Thomas for a great service and to the Tractor Service office, they were all professional and listened to my concern and took action again great service and Thank you to all

I was on a sled trip in NB from Ontario. I had an issue with my sled. We called Patterson Sales. Not sure of the ladies name we spoke to. However they sent a truck to pick me up ,and took my sled to thier shop. Fixed it quickly,so I was back on the trail. It was even discussed when we called if we arrived after hours just to call and they would come back. Unfortunately we couldn't make it all the way. If I could give 10 stars I would. A big thanks to all involved.

If I could put negative stars I would, I have never seen such poor product back up, I have yet to see a filled out inspection report, have seen 2 tractors with under 100 hours with major failures, my boss uses one at his shop to plow and have had the breaks fail twice in 2 weeks, endangering customers and almost taking out customers vehicles. Do not recommend, my fathers mccormick had a major brake failure while hauling a trailer down a mountain endangering peoples lives with theyre terrible service and non existent inspections, once they have your money they do not care about you. Owner Bob is the the most useless person to talk to, 0 help and just in it for the money

Had just bought a used 25 foot camper trailer and was thinking of buying an anti sway hitch but really didn't know much about them. 1600 km drive back home with a trailer not knowing how it would react at hwy speeds had me concerned. Associate that was helping me was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Didn't end up purchasing in the long run due to cash flow but he had me sold on the benefits of it. Thank you

Looking for carburator kit ,parts department was very helpful.

Friendly Personnel, willing to take care of you & will help you from doing long distance trip.The parts clerk had to order my parts & was willing to ship it by Purolator to my place an hour away.

Great customer service and friendly welcoming staff ,the cf moto 600 is a great bike and anytime I need an oil change or monthly maintenance from trail riding they are always fair ,honest folk.I recommend Patterson's for all your outdoor fun !

Had a good experience purchasing a 2021 NorthStar Ultimate Carol Ann & Thomas were very helpful and answered all my questions. We are enjoying this ranger
