Very high prices and they change parts that weren’t necessary. They sell you alignements to change a wheel axle which is totally not necessary. Had to get front suspension reinstalled by my usual mechanic, my front end was jacked up 2 inches...Trust me they can rack up a bill, and don’t do the job right. Never setting foot in there again.

Great service. Decent prices even though it cost me an arm and a leg since I am a student and they didn’t offer discounts, however I know and felt assured my car was in the best hands possible since it being my first car it worried me. They even took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my tires and showed me, they also took the time to test the car before and after to make sure everything was okay with it. Thank you very much, great service! Hopefully this winter it’ll cost less and won’t have to change tires again, but I’ll be seeing you again.

WOW! The service I received this morning was excellent! Service with a smile, said they would do their best to fix my tire in time for me to need my car! As they were extremely busy, (Closed for the next 3 days) they said that at best, they would leave the keys in the car at closing time, call me to pay via credit card! Thankfully they fixed it and I’ve already picked it up! They will not turn a client away, they’re amazing! Milles mercis!

Reasonable service. Went in to change winter tires and for an oil change and came out with a $1300 bill. To be fair, the previous season they did notify me of upcoming concerns with my brakes so they were due, but they also found other ills. They took me into the garage and showed me all the problems and some they classified as non-urgent )and so were put off for next season). Generally satisfied with the repairs and they did it in a timely duration during holiday hours. They left grease marks on my door handle. The loaner they gave me was a rickety rust bucket but sufficient.

After a poor service at Pneus Grisé, I have decided to go at OK Pneus. I have regained faith about garages. The lady at the counter is kind and well organised. It has been a pleasure to do business with them!
