L1 Lounge
Service was really slow.Secondly, the first old fashion I ordered vs. The second one were two completely different drinks.The first was fancy with smoke and no ice. The second was full of ice for some reason and no smoke. I would've asked for a change but the server was preoccupied with idk what, since it was pretty much empty in the lounge. Not impressed with the service at all.

So the food is amazing in this place, but the real reason I am writing this review is to give credit to their staff…absolutely amazing!!! In particular, there is one young lady who goes by the name of Big Simon who is really outstanding (not sure why she calls herself that, but hey whatever floats your boat)! Thank you all very much for your hard work, you made a long work weekend seem like it wasn’t work!

L1 Lounge isn't super classy but it is reasonably nice. Our steak dinners were 40 bucks each for AAA filet mignon and rib eye. We had a $20 antipasto appetizer that was absolutely delicious. They gave us complimentary warm bread to start and 5 chocolates with the bill. The server was very friendly and talkative and extremely attentive. The food arrived quickly and our drinks were regularly topped up. My filet mignon was perfectly cooked and delicious. Veggies were perfect amount of crunchiness. The truffle butter was yummy and very creamy. I polished off my entire plate. The antipasto exceeded my expectations. Perfectly grilled veggies and complimentary flavors.Ambiance was nice and quiet with music playing but not too loudly. It wasn't very busy so we could have quiet conversation. Decor was predominantly red, nothing super fancy or high quality though. Good place for a date but be prepared to spend about $100-$120 on a meal for two.

Beat service ever! Jennifer is absolutely incredible. I asked for a drink and she made it perfectly. Order the lemon drop from her. Best drink I’ve ever had

Way better places to eat steak than here but it was okay. Not the best and not the worst. Allowed us to have dinner when everywhere else in the mall had a 2-hour wait time. The service was great.

Went for new Jazz night and was pleasantly surprised. Place looks like it was recently renovated. New menu, also extremely attractive. The most expensive dish at $16. Considering that L1 shares a kitchen with much fanciers L2, it's a still. Had the LOS NACHOS CON SALSA (artichoke dip, corn tortilla chips and salsa fresca) for $10, and tremendously joyed it. Draft beer was at $5, during the Happy Hour (3-7) which also a pretty good deal. Next time, will try their PAN SEARED SEA BREAM.

Our experience at the L1 lounge was mixed. The service started off good but we seemed to be forgotten about after our first couple bites of food. The lounge itself a quite nice, spacious and very dimly lit. The quality of food was pretty good and the portion was fair. Unfortunately my steak was under seasoned and our waitress did not come back to our table so I wasn't able to ask for salt. Overall it was good...not great.

August 10, 2021 We have returned to this great lounge and enjoyed the very good food. Our server was friendly and attentive. We requested the sound to be turned down and some other requests and we were accommodated. Very happy with the whole experience.Nice lounge/bar the seating is comfortable and the ambiance and decor is great. Happy hour drinks are reasonable prices. We ordered the L2 burger off the menu and it was tasty and served hot. I was impressed with the burger it was really good. The service was friendly and courteous. The washroom is clean. Overall it was a good visit and would come back again
