Don't use! cab drivers will rip you off! I split a cab with a coworker from the airport. We were staying at separate hotels. We dropped him off first at the Ramada in Nisku. He paid the full amount to that point. Then the cab driver dropped me off at the Days Inn, a 2 minute ride, and charged me $15! I argued with him that this made no sense. We just paid almost double just because we were two separate people. He said because we were 2 separate people staying at two separate hotels, we had to each pay the same amount from the airport. Total con artists driving these yellow cabs. Stay away.

Apparently anyone can just take your cab. We showed the driver proof we were for him but he took other people instead of us. This company is pathetic. The cabs number was 259

The dispatch was plesant to talk to. He has a very sexy voice. The driver was quick, friendly and didnt try to take on a long expenisive trip. Im fact, my fare was a couple dollars over my means but he wouldnt hear of me having to walk the couple of blocks left. I recommend this company all day long.

prompt service and accommodating drivers. honestly 90 percent of drivers are really kind smart thoughtful individuals and we exchange excellent conversation.except for the one particular driver was unwilling to follow my advice on the route taken. also not quite as affordable as Uber and unwilling to pick you up from the street cornernot the drivers fault" company policy. if you have trouble with the phone line use the app!"

Past 2 times I've waited over 30 min with no shows and had to eventually cancel my ride. I received no notifications and could not get hold of an operator. This is not acceptable service.

I had forgotten my Company cell and my vintage warm leather gloves (23 year old and rare rare gloves) in their taxi from Airport to Hotel. I did not know taxi number nor had any idea it was this company’s taxi as I paid a fixed price in rush and did not ask for receipts. I called by fluke this company if it was their driver at airport. They sent a notice out to all their drivers and surely enough he was located. And the young Sikh guy who had dropped me off came in to drop my cell and gloves at my hotel an hour later with a smile. Definitely appreciated. The gloves were more valuable for me than the cell. It was my brothers gift 23 years ago and have been my old faithfuls every winter…

Fast, friendly, competent drivers and dispatchers. I only have trouble on occasions with the automated intake system not understanding the address I am saying and eventually redirecting me to a live dispatcher for assistance.

I would give zero stars if I could. Their service was awful, dispatch was awful. They took over 1 hour 45min only to tell us sorry we are sending someone now. They will be about 20min". Nobody every showed up. We ended up ubering at 1 30 am.Also... all the phone numbers go to the same company we tried several 'different' cab companies but it's all the same dispatch. Do not recommend!! And they have no way to ask for anything other then a small car"
