I have been with Total Auto car now for around 6 years. Les is great, never seen someone work so fast on a vehicle in my life, not to mention the honesty. Sheri is usually at the reception she is a very nice lady always warm and friendly. I would recommend this company anyday.

Leslie was amazing. My boyfriend and I were getting ready to leave for a weekend in Ottawa when we heard an ominous thumping coming from our rear wheel well. We got to the shop for open (8am) on Friday and Leslie was able to squeeze us in and fix everything for 1:00pm so we could still make our trip! He brought us back and showed us exactly what was broken and then again after he'd completed the repairs which I really appreciated. The price was very reasonable and we'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Leslie and Sherry are kind and engaging. It’s refreshing to go to a mechanic that knows how to communicate and speaks with clarity and kindness. My mom referred me to them as my regular mechanic is in Scarborough. I was not disappointed and was content with the services provided. I will be using their services again.
