James did a great job cleaning the outside windows of my aunt's house in Columbia Falls especially the hard water stained slider and bedroom windows in the backyard caused by the sprinkler. They look great! I don't know how but he got those windows 90% spotless which was a HUGE improvement. His communication is great too and it was easy setting up an appointment. His prices are very reasonable and the value you get in his work is well worth it. I would use him again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend James and this company.

WOW. I’m happily typing this looking out my squeaky-clean windows! James of Rivercross Window Cleaning did an amazing job; inside, outside and screen cleaning. It’s a bit ironic as I was unable to get a response from several of the local vendors (including those I’ve used before) but when James responded promptly with a quote and availability, I decided to try Rivercross. I’m so glad I took a chance and invited him into our home.He was very professional, courteous and conscientious. I appreciated his communications confirming my scheduled appointment and,….the results continue to make me smile! What a high-quality business with a man of integrity running it! James is remarkable in his business dealings. He answers texts and questions. He can give an estimate based on photos you upload and has package deals for window cleaning. James shows up on time and is a most pleasant person—happy, fun and caring. He is fast and exacting in his work. He cleaned our 2-story house, the screens, tracks and did some extra work. Our windows were not cleaned for four years. Needless to say, at certain times of day the white film was horrible to look at. When James was done, the windows were clear and our view looked like a new view, prettier than ever.
