Thomas and his team performed a full dig around our bungalow, having water proofed the foundation and replaced the weeping tile. I am very pleased with the work that was done, and highly recommend this company. Thomas and his crew we courteous, professional and productive. Thomas, the owner, was on-site 100% of the time, ensuring quality of the work. The quoted price was also quite competitive. If I had to do this again, I would not hesitate to hire Foundation Service Ottawa.

Tom explained to me what, when ,and how he would do the job of about 100 ft of weeping tiles installation. The job was done on time and with cost savings. The crew left the work area in a cleaner state than before the job began. A week after the job, his team member even came back to fix an item outside his scope of work. Great Service!

I can only add that the service was responsive, timely and efficient. Dealing with Thomas was a pleasure. He answered calls and texts quickly and the removal of the old floor and the pouring of the new one happened exactly as planned. There were no hassles.

We hired Thomas and team to excavate our foundation, repair cracks, install a waterproof membrane and replace the weeping tiles around our whole house.I was impressed that it was in fact Thomas, owner of the company doing the actual work (with a team of course). He was on site everyday and working the excavator himself. He took great care to communicate what was going on and what was needed. They also did their best to leave the site as clean as possible.I would have no hesitation about hiring them again.We're happy with their services.Edit: we had the work done in the fall but our issues were always in the spring with the usual thaw period. Fast forward to now, spring 2023, zero water issues in the basement. Kudos to Thomas and team for a great job done and reducing our worry levels in the spring!
