Called to get a delivery , because Skip suddenly deleted this Pizza Hut from the app . Apparently they do NOT deliver to our reserve in Kamloops. Is it just because it’s “the Reserve” I wonder ? Are they racist ? I mean I bet they deliver everywhere else in Kamloops just not the reserve ..

Delicious pizza. The one in sahali is worth driving to from Westside. The one on NS is disgusting. I hadn't had their pizza in years and I was amazed at how tasty they were. Thanks guys lkeep up the good work.

Very poorly made for the 4th time, I had to finally leave a review. Where is the sauce, cheese and pepperoni? Someone that looks at this and thinks it’s ok to go out, either doesn’t care or is clueless.

Cold, entire order had clearly been tipped cause both pizzas were all mushed to the side. I miss 90s pizza hut, what we have now is warm garbage..... if you're lucky.

This was an absolute joke.Ordered a pizza for delivery. 21 min later I was called back informing me that they don’t deliver to sun rivers. After asking why it took 21 min to call me and inform me when they told me it will be delivered in 20-30 min he said again he can’t deliver it. Asked to speak to the manager and Saminder Singh informed me that in fact he was the manager. He then said “ well what do you expect I do” after mentioning that maybe training staff to inform customers of what areas they do and don’t deliver too would be a start, he promptly hung up on me.Pizza Hut as a franchise should be absolutely ashamed to have this individual as the leader/manager of their Columbia shopping centre location, and can only imagine the negative example of customer service he is instilling on any new and/or current staff.

Although there was no delay in getting the food, it was dry, overcooked, and tasteless. This was my 4th attempt and hoping it was just a bad night, but it's always a bad night at Pizza Hut.

Did a take out order from here today. Pizza was hot and fresh, and ready on time. People at this location do a good job always, keep up the good work!
