Newmarket Molly Maid service, yes at first it was very difficult getting an appointment and people returning the call so that's something that they do have to work on but once they came into my home they were very professional, and amazing, they walked me through the house and confirmed with me what I wanted done and when everything was done they also walk through the home to show me what they had done. I was amazed at the cleanliness in detail especially the bathroom, kitchen, and floors. Those were very important to me everything looked so clean that it looked new and the house smelled beautiful and fresh. Top of the line cleanliness.Professionalism with their own products and keeping things clean making sure that you were happy and feel comfortable with them and safe. The price is reasonable in regards to comparison to others I give them 10 out of 10 for the work and the professionalism that they actually did physically when they came the time that it took them to do it how they spoke how they interacted with me and how they attended to do the work required without any inconvenience to my life. I needed this because I recently was in a car accident and needed a lot of help catching up my home getting my home to be cleaned and catching up with things that have fallen behind for months due to my serious injury so I'm very grateful that they came in and did exactly what I needed done and in the manner that I wanted it done.

I was very disappointed by the attitude of the two ladies that were at my grandparents house in Bradford Ontario. They did not introduce themselves at all and both seemed very unhappy to be there. The car had no company name on it I asked the older one why that was and she responded that it was too embarrassing! I will be at their home next time the cleaners come and if the attitude is the same i will be looking elsewhere for a cleaner! I don't recommend these ladies

I was in a huge bind last week Oct/30and the outstanding lady's that came and cleaned my mom's and dad's apartment did a outstanding awesome super job....and not to mention the super nice lady that set up the cleaning appointment.... can't say enough great things about this besiness....thanks for your great work and I highly recommend this cleaning business

Bad service. They did not clean my house but ran away with $250. Scammers.

Came and said they don't pick up items off the floor then left. Waste of my time.Horrible.Addition: After writing this review. The owner called CPS and made false claims to CPS. Of course, CPS closed the case immediately after visiting my home. I will be filling a lawsuit and contacting the franchise office.

Punctual and trustworthy. After going through these reviews I felt compelled to make one of my own. The ladies showed up on time and well equipped with everything they needed. The place was a disaster and when they left it was like a whole new place. Everything from top to bottom was cleaned and the cash I left on my dresser was still there. The ladies were kind and cheerful and respectful to my property but above all they gave the place a deep cleaning like no other.I’ve heard good and bad about serval cleaning companies - like townships, you’ll get good and bad anywhere you go and you can’t please everyone however Molly Maid in Newmarket will have my repeat business because quality is what they deliver in every aspect in my opinion.

Cleaning service was excellent. The cleaners came on time with everything needed. Very happy and will call them again. Thank you :)

I've been trying to call them for the past 2 months, leaving a voicemail each week and no one has returned my call.The call centre has no answers, I even tried calling franchises nearby. I know things are tough right now, but at least have the courtesy to call back to say you can't take new clients.

Called for an estimate for a weekly cleaning, never got back to me!

Absolutely horrible. They did not answer my calls, I have tried getting through for a MONTH and no one responds. Their call centre just patches you through to another answering machineExtremely poor customer service.Worst part is, we already PAID for service and got a gift certificate- so they took our money and now won’t provide service
