HEALTHY FOOT SPA&MASSAGE(RMT)

Definitely going back on a regular basis. Hubby and I just enjoyed 1hr reflexology appointments side by side. So good. Soooooo good.

Such an incredible experience. You are not going to find a better massage for a better price. They also have complimentary drinks were are a nice touch. Will be going back again soon!

It is a bit pricey, especially when you paying by insurance, they will top up the price plus charging taxes. Top up the price plus taxes are things I’ve never dealt before with an RMT. It was an experience to find a good RMT in Toronto, but for a long term, I don’t think it’s worth it.

This place is phenomenal. Great service from both the front desk and rmt. The prices are just right and they even offer you tea during your session. Very relaxing place to unwind and drift off

I don’t normally write reviews. But wowwwww! I’ve been going to this place and have had massages with many different people. I tried Harry today and I couldn’t have been happier. Very nice guy generally, but his massage was incredible!!!! I feel healed.

Been here twice so far and had a wonderful experience both times. Reception was kind, attentive, and makes a delicious honey lemon tea that really puts you into relaxation mode. This is my first time at a reflexologist and Mike and Ella were beyond amazing.

They set up the bed massage in the foot massage room with many sofas and there were not enough room for the massor to do his job and goes around the bed. Also, massor was not experienced enough. The receptionist is very impolite. That was a terrible day I had in foot health spa.

It's advisable to triple-check or even take extra precautions to avoid any potential issues. I had made two confirmations before my appointment, explicitly asking for an RMT to fulfill insurance requirements. The staff member I spoke to assured me that an RMT would be available, leading me to proceed with the booking. Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk verified my name and appointment time, instructing me to wait briefly. The massage itself was wonderful, with a skilled therapist providing a relaxing experience. However, when I requested an insurance receipt during payment, the same lady (who had checked me in) responded rudely, stating that they don't provide receipts. I explained my earlier conversation, but she dismissed it as a miscommunication, blaming an absent employee. She was too impolite and solely focused on payment. Despite the enjoyable massage, I feel compelled to give a 1-star review to highlight the need for improved management and communication. While I can't speak for others, it's clear that better customer service should be a priority in such situations.

Just finished my first session with Meggei and it was wonderful! She made me comfortable with a lovely lemon and honey tea to sip while she worked her magic on my feet. Very relaxing and beneficial massage. I have problem feet and they felt so much better after a 45 minute treatment. Highly recommend this office/spa for foot massage. Very professional and able to use my insurance for the treatment. Booked my next appointment already!!
