He also took the time to make sure my paperwork for the Greener Homes Grant was in order and also he helped me and provided me very useful information regarding the Greener loan program. After months of trying to get an appointment (always told Sam would call me back within two weeks cause he was booked for the next month), I was given an appointment date. Was told I would receive an email confirming my appointment a week prior which never came and no response to the multiple messages left the week of my appointment. Also tried to reach the company itself and couldn't. As expected, Sam was a no show on the date of my supposed appointment and no phone call. I had to push back my window installation because of it
