I bought a Napoleon Fireplace 10 years ago from Tradeia and it's still working. I called him to ask about replacement and he educated me about when I should be replacing my fireplace along with other heating, cooling options. I will definitely be returning to buy a new fireplace when my old one breaks down. thank you !!!

It was a awesome experience dealing with Tradeia. Was there for a fireplace. Ended up buying one with them at half the price to a quote I received from another dealer on similar range of fireplaces. Reza was very cordial and helpful and provides all the information you need to make decisions. You will never feel forced into buying.
