Jane at Tea joint is sweetest person. I am huge fan of oolong that has strong aroma, but I ordered the wrong ones (didn't know difference between flavoured vs non-flavoured tea). But through series of email Jane helped me understand that. She also sent me some of the samples to try after our conversation. I really enjoyed the aroma of osmanthus oolong (completely new to me) and milk oolong (been drinking this for many years.) Tea Joint is definitely a hidden gem. I recently purchased a gaiwan and cha hai, as well as some black tea from Tea Joint. My order arrived quickly with great packaging! The product quality is amazing and the tea is above and beyond my expectations. The owner, Jane, is super nice and approchable!
