One Percent Realty Maple Ridge The Property Finders
My family was on the buying end of a property listed by Doug. There were promises made by the realtor and his client that were written into the contract for repairs and maintenance that were not completed. Not to mention the house was extremely dirty and appliances were not in working order. This has added a burden in costs and time that are unacceptable.Our Realtor reached out to Doug and was assured that he would follow up. It’s been 3 weeks and still no response.. I would never recommend anyone buy a property from this person. I will be working with our realtor on filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and the Real Estate Board.Minus 5 stars
