Went to Freshi on Taylor today. No consistency among stores. Smallest portion of chicken. Will not go to this location again.

If you are a mobile customer skip this Freshii. The one girl who works weekdays never prepares anything on time as per the pick up times - she only starts making your food when you arrive at a snail’s pace. Normally I would not complain but the day time service here is consistently horrible. Visit Chosabi a few doors down or go to a different freshii. I would love to further discuss my experience if the franchise owner would like to contact me.

I had the worst veggie burrito ever. I would never go to this location again. The stuff they put in the burrito is like they are running out from food. I would never suggest this location to anyone. And I had to wait for a long time just to get the tasteless food.

The staff are great. I want to make that clear. But I have literally not once gone in and been able to get what I wanted. They are always sold out of something. And it's always the thing I want. So in answer to the question below of whether I dined in or took out, the answer is neither. I walked right back out empty handed. Yet again. I will not be coming back.

Decent quality, not bad tasting, it is fresh. Don't have their rice noodles. Went today and it was buy one get one. Was definitely over charged. Either that or Buy one get one is not buy one get one. For your free one if you want protein you pay for that. Even if you added protein to your first one. If you paid for an item with meat it is one item Your next item should be free up to equal or lesser value. This was definitely not the case today. Well at least I didn't tip this time.

They serve the meat portion partially frozen after 20 seconds in the steamer and call it cooked when it's frozen in the center. After 3 attempts during the same visit, it was resolved. I was told that corporate says we're not allowed to cook chicken".Next time I'll just get a refund."

Hardest working people you will come across. Although can be very busy during lunch hours, still relatively fast for good tasting food. Come here multiple times a week for awhile now, and I have no complaints for this establishment!

Ordered the tex mex wrap with chicken. This is the only location where the chicken was shredded almost thought it was tuna ? Like out of a can ! Disgusting! The other locations serve real chicken pieces . So gross . I didnt eat it ! Cheap trying to save money and a fail ! Skip this location
