Horrible. I have been trying to get in for days but all locations are walk in only, no appointments. I have dropped by every day this week on my lunch hour, which is the earliest that I can go (I work at 8:00 am). Each day I run over at 11:.30 on my lunch hour and they are already booked fully for the day. I spent one afternoon running from one of their clinics to the other with no luck. There is no app, or information on the website, to let you know when each location is full. You literally have to drive across the city with your fingers crossed. I have yet to get in anywhere. Today, there were 3 other people having the same problem. Clearly there is a huge problem.

A great place to get x-rays done in a jiffy. I had one done for my son and was out in 15 mins. Best to go before noon. Then it gets busy. All x-rays are walk-in. The staff is friendly and so welcoming. Both receptionist and technician were wonderful.

I went directly to the clinic and booked my appointment in person for an ultrasound. I was given an appointment for the next morning. Everyone was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this location for an ultrasound. The street parking is free. The Longfields transit way stop is within a 2 minute walk of the clinic.

I would give 0 stars if possible!!!! I was told I had to reschedule my appointment after arriving 5 minutes late. I had arrived on time, however, while walking to the clinic from my car a bylaw officer told me that despite there not being any signs to indicate there was a parking ban , snow removal was underway and I could not park in the vicinity. I then had to return to my car and move it blocks away to avoid being towed. It was -40 with the wind chill. Even after explaining this - I was told my appointment was canceled

Booked an appointment online for ultrasound and x-ray for myself, and one for my grandmother. Both times, we didn't have to wait long for a reply with an appointment. When we showed up for our appointments, we were seen immediately, and didn't have to wait outside in the cold. The ladies who work here are wonderful, we both had great experiences. Thank you so much!

Pretty new location, very comfortable waiting area, professional staff, free parking, nice coffee. Friendly receptionist is ready to help.

I had a great experience at this location. I got there 10 minutes before it opened, and was the first one there. The receptionist was friendly, and the lady who performed the xray was professional and communicated clearly each step of the way. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Definitely going back here for all of my future xray needs and whichever other services they offer!

I had my ultrasound at the clinic. My test was performed by Julia. I was impressed by the service,. Everything was done fast, no waiting time, very friendly and efficient. The place is new, very clean and organized well.

They do not do x rays at this location anymore. Went there today after reading all the reviews and was refused. Went to Rideau Valley health Greenbank location centre for X rays.

Very impressed! I used their online booking service late Thursday night for both an ultrasound and X-ray and early Friday morning they responded with a time on Monday. At the clinic there were patients waiting ( perhaps walk-ins) but my name was called on time and I was finished both tests in fifteen minutes. Excellent staff. Highly recommend.
