This is the place to take your vehicle. They are absolutely the best repair facility I have ever seen. Sam the owner does everything he can for you and does not stop until the problem is solved. And to top it off, they have more than fair prices. I have a Mclaren which is not the easiest to service but they did an amazing job. I will only bring my vehicles to them...They do not disappoint...

Sam and the crew at Cross have been servicing all my cars for 20+ years. Always fair, they explain all work that's needed right away or can be delayed and they never do anything unneccessary. Don't open your hood to strangers, go see Sam.

After being referred to Cross Avenue Auto by many people years ago I have had an amazing experience with Sam and his shop. Sam is an amazing person but his staff is incredibly knowledgeable on all brands of imported cars. They tell you straight up what the problem is and only present the best solution. I have referred dozens of people with all levels of vehicles and they are so grateful to find a knowledgeable and very fair shop. Keep up the great work and I love the new lounge!

I have been using Cross Avenue Auto for over five years and the service has been excellent. I went by this week and the shop looks closed and vacated. Not sure what happened. I hope Sam and his team are ok.

I've been dealing with the owner, Sam, for the past near decade & I trust my vehicle repairs/maintenance to him & his staff ONLY. I won't visit the dealership of any brand vehicle I own unless Sam tells me to (which fortunately is a rare occurrence). Sam & his team are honest, friendly & get the job done! Trust your vehicle to them! Thanks Sam!

Fantastic service. Picked up a screw in my tire. They were able to repair it right away. Amazing customer service. Clean and secure location. Would highly recommend this location for car service needs!

Fantastic service! The staff at Cross auto really sets themselves apart not only with great work but their customer service is some of the best I've experienced in any industry. I've recommended them to all my friends and family. A world of difference from the impersonal dealer experience. Sandra and Sam are wonderful.

When I find a business as good as this one, I always struggle with giving it a stellar review as it will add to its popularity making it harder to use its services because of higher demand and/or higher prices.However Sam Nessan, the owner, is such a great human being, I believe this and the very high quality of service his firm provides is truly deserving.I need say nothing more.
