If you are looking for a bougie bird store this is it! They have top of the line bird feeders and seeds. I got their pole system and seed feeders and love them. They are easy to take apart for cleaning and are high quality. Price is a little steep for some of the bird stuff but it is high quality. The staff is also very helpful.

Regrettably, we did not have a good experience at this store. We spent over $300.00 for various items but were not told that we should consider purchase of a discount card for 25.00 that would have resulted in significant savings on our bill. Doing this would have saved us well more than the purchase price of the discount card and surely would have brought us back to the store as repeat customers. This was very disappointing and led us to conclude that our patronage was not valued as much as the store making the most they could have from us.As it was, we did go back for another decorative coffee cup that we wanted and could not find elsewhere and, just to top it all off, on this transaction the clerk short changed me by $9.00. We would have left the store having been thus short changed had I not been paying attention myself and caught the mistake. Glad I was paying attention because the clerk definitely was not.Not experiences that inspire confidence and make one want to shop there again.This store, as indicated in the above reviews, does have quality items for sure (though no bargains we observed) - but it does not offer shopping treatment that persuades us that this store values and respects us as their customers. In these times when small businesses rely more than ever on a loyal customer base, you would sure think these folks would care to do better.

I’ve only ordered online, haven’t been to the store, but everything I’ve ordered is the best quality. I just wish the online store would provide multiple shots of the item I’m researching. Instead there is only one photo and you can’t zoom in and see other points of view such as on Amazon. And there isn’t any “specification” or “technical detail” section. But other than that, I love the WBU organization - advocating wild bird feeding, conservation and how to stop spread of disease, how to clean your feeders and bird baths, etc. PS: Check out the Cornell Lab FeederWatch Cams on YouTube! Especially the Live Cams. They are located in Ontario QB, West Texas, Ithaca NY (at the Cornell University Campus) and South America and other places. That’s how I came to be aware of the WBU stores around the country. I’m watching the Sapsucker Woods cam right now from the Cornell University campus in Ithaca New York. Fascinating.

This is the best place to get all things for our bird friends. Fast, efficient service and always friendly. I highly recommend getting your bird supplies here. If you get the saving member card, you will save more even on sale items. It's a win win!

Amazing customer service!I purchased a beautiful blue Parasol hummingbird feeder here. Unfortunately, there was a rare defect in the body of the feeder which caused it to crack (which was no fault of Wild Birds Unlimited). I worked with the store manager and she was able to very quickly find me a replacement. She went above and beyond to help me out, as did the manufacturer, Parasol, and because of it they have both gained a loyal customer.Great products and service. Definitely go here for all your birdy-related needs.

This store is the best! All of the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. My feeders are always busy because of the high quality food. If you're a current bird feeder, or just starting out, there is something here for you. Join the Daily Savings Club and take advantage of sales.

We visited the store for the first time. A gentleman working sat and stared and my mom kiddos and I when we entered. He never welcomed us, just stared the entire time. We were in need of quite a bit of feed and feeders, due to the rudeness we chose to bring our business elsewhere. Very rude demeanor, we will not return to the store.

Fantastic store to supply my love of birds and nature!! It is my favorite place to shop and the woman working there today was lovely. I already had their basic pole setup (I’m a huge fan of it and can’t recommend it enough!) She helped me pick out some more amazing attachments and feeders to add on, and got me signed up for their loyalty program. I’m super excited to continue going back and adding more birding items to my yard!

Cute cute store, lots of cool stuff that I loved for my feathered and furry friends and lots of things here would be great for gifting, unique cool items!
