My experience with this location is really beyond my expectation because first of all I went there without any prior appointment and during this pandemic situation I got my document notarized within a few minutes. They are very helpful and efficient with exceptional service. They are taking proper precautions for the pandemic and only allowing one person at a time. I will highly recommend this location to all.

Really I was so lucky to deal with Red Seal Notary Inc. I was impressed of its staff professionalism, excellent customer service and the efficiency in dealing with their customer specially those like me who applied for police clearance from outside Canada who needs a speedy service that lift the stress from their shoulder. The time took to receive my certificate is 15 days from the day I sent my fingerprints to day I received the result. I would highly recommend Red Seal Notary Inc service to anyone in need specially those outside Canada. I have to their office couple of years ago to get a power attorney from my mom. Never needed it until recently. When I went yo bank to conduct my mom’s business on her behalf they told me this document is not valid since they have striked out the witness name and added another one. Our witness was no show that day and office personnel became our witness. The document was not yet notarized at that point. The seal was put after the names were striked and new one added. I eas charged $89.Today as I need the power of attorney again , I called the office and they said I need to pay again.They never told me stikung a name can make the notorization in valid and they gave me an invalid piece of paper and want to charge me again. Please be sure the same thing does not happen to you.

They are very professional and know exactly what is needed to be done. I did not have to wait, which is good if you are in a hurry. My only problem there was having to look for the entrance. :DThe door is on the Adelaide street.

Good service. I went today and the lady of the front desk was really helpful and she explained to me the service that I needed. She was well informed and she took the time to do what i needed. What i loved the most is that they are open on the weekend!

I received the service I walked in for but the man who I spoke to was very unpleasant. His tone was condescending and made a sarcastic remark when I made an honest mistake… it’s a shame because I spoke to him with much respect. It was early in the morning, so maybe he just felt grumpy.Edit: in response - that’s such a lie because I was the first one in your store …. Be wary
