It always gives me a bit of hope when a company actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer support. I have used Cavaliere storage on a couple of occasions and Mark has been nothing but willing to help as much as possible. He is a giving person in the community.

Was with Marc and Ashley fot a couple years, great people, treat you like family and their facilities are top notch, gated, cameras and great units. Have truck rentals, never used those however but seemed like business was going well there also which is says something.

Probably the worst business I have dealt with for years.Neglected to inform of all the charges and when we showed up the promises on the phone were quite different from what we got when there.At that point we had no choice but to deal with him because we had come from out of town.Was told it was secure and fenced in... fence on one side only?Owner was pushy and arrogant as well as unhelpful when asking for clarification on billing.

Marc and his staff are always professional and willing to help with anything you may need. Clean units, open 24 hrs and a great security system throughout the facility. I've also rented U-Haul through Marc, and had an easy, hassle-free experience with that as well - which hasn't always been the case with other U-Haul places....highly recommend this storage location!

The gentleman that owns this storage facility. Is very rude was not interested in customer service. He actually hung up the phone during my asking about renting storage. Worst service I have ever seen in my life. Just ignorant

Mark. He is the best. True customer service.I am not trying to abuse the expression but he would just about give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.This gentlemen looks out for his customers.A truly stand up guy.Rates and service are great. Whether it be storage or u-haul vehicles etc, call Mark!!
