Helpful staff easy to find goods, manager was having issue with 2 people not wearing masks, she was very professional and patient with them, don't know outcome but felt sorry for her as they weren't cooperating.

It’s a good store but for the last 2 months the fire alarm has been beeping loudly and that’s not very good if you have autism or sensory issues like myself!

This place isn't the best to work for. Or shop for that matter. I worked here as a Donor Greeter for 3 years. I left in February 2015 because I was only getting about 4 hours a week. Heck, one day I even risked my neck trying to get here in a snowstorm and my hours still didn't increase by a significant amount. Not to mention that the Store Manager at the time had turned this store into a toxic work environment that heavily looked down on men. The quality of the donations also has since diminished. Higher quality items (i.e. LEGO) were being sold online instead of in-store. Even if the management here has changed, my opinion remains the same. Literally, shop anywhere but here.

Way over priced.and they sell Tim hortons clothing they are not authorized to sell.specialy when they are FREE to the staff ( tillsonburg)

You find good stuff here every now and then, not a fan of how much stuff they throw out instead of putting out for sale and the prices for certain things is just crazy.

Some of the prices are higher than if you were to buy brand new at Giant Tiger. Other items are very reasonable. It's a hit and miss. Keep your clothes cheaper and I am sure they would move better.

I'm in this shop on a weekly basis.I always find something to bring home.If your into resale shops it's the cheapest in town. A definite stop for bargains. They also do auctions of items. But due to covid they have stopped this till further notice.Excellent staff!!

Prices increased in the past two months. Some things are way over priced & you can get them cheaper at the Dollar Store. Monday is a good time to shop if you are a Senior & get your 20% discount. The service at the jewellery counter is poor.

Great selection of clothes for great prices. Clean clothes. No stains or rips.

Better stuff than the salvation army, more selection if not a wee bit more expensive. Got two band t-shirts there and some newish books, usually good quality stuff for cheap.
