Flying Flower Specialty Sweets

What an amazing experience working with Jennifer at Flying Flower! My husband and I had been sampling cakes from various Seattle bakeries for our wedding on Whidbey Island, and when we met with Jennifer for our tasting, we immediately knew we had found our cake maker :) She is such a warm, lovely person, she makes the experience such a joy! Not to mention her amazing cakes! We wanted a carrot cake, and she auditioned 3 completely different variations for us-- all of which we absolutely loved and decided to incorporate all on different tiers! She was also able to make one of the tiers gluten free-- which was delicious. The cake looked and tasted fantastic-- guests from our wedding 5 months ago still comment on how good it was!

I've had the pleasure of working with Jen on numerous occassions. As a wedding planner, I see and eat a lot of cake! Jen's are consistently top tier. They are always delicious, beautiful and moist. Her GF and Vegan selections frequently have these often cake-deprived guests begging for a take-home slice! Jen selects her ingredients with care and assembles them with love - and it shows. She is also a pleasure to deal with and her pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend Flying Flowers Cakes!
