Nathalie was an amazing Bell customer representative. She was very patient and helpful with helping my daughter, son, and I switch to Bell. The process was very easy due to her expertise and she was always quick to respond to my emails. I am so glad that she was our customer representative because she made switching to Bell very straight forward and no hassle! She was able to give the three of us an amazing phone plan. Highly recommend Nathalie to be your sales rep for Bell!

Nathalie, was an amazing sales rep! She was super patient and helpful with helping my mom, my brother and I switch to Bell. She had been helping the three of us for the whole week, did her best to give us the best available plan! She would always check up on us, responded to our emails so promptly and had an overall great communication! Super happy and grateful for having Nathalie as my sales rep! Couldn’t have done this without her!

I was helped by a lady named Nathalie Dallaire. Not only she was profesional and patient, but she was also helpful and resourceful.She went beyond her working hours to help me and my wife. I was on the phone with the Telus EPP for almost 3 hours without success while Nathalie helped me figure out the issue from the other carrier on my account quickly by emails.I am really happy with the experience.

Michael was great! Went in today with the complicated task of upgrading phones & switching to a corporate account. He handled everything with ease, including calling when the system wasn’t showing something right, to make sure we got the best deal possible. Best experience I’ve had in a long time dealing with any type of service provider. Joe was fantastic and went way above anything I would have expected. I recently switched my internet and TV plans to bell and also wanted to switch over mine and my wife’s cell phone plans. Joe immediately began looking for the best offers based on what I wanted and even advised me in only doing my internet and TV and then waiting a week to do my cell phones so he could maximize on my discounts. He kept in touch with me almost daily giving me updates and today I went in and switched over my two cell phones. I highly recommend Joe and the rest of the team at this location and will be definitely using him again in the future. Thanks Joe.
