I've never had an amazing experience with a massage until I've met Jordan. He manages to target my lower back pain and other key areas and I leave without any pain and he always makes sure I'm comfortable throughout the process! I will be back

I recently sprained my ankle, and have been experiencing lower back & hip problems due to shifting my weight into the one side.To help alleviate the pain, I decided to schedule a massage at Massage Addict Ancaster, with Jordan.I informed him of my ankle injury. Jordan greeted me upon arrival, and throughout the entire 1-hour massage maintained a consistent amount of pressure (I chose a deep tissue massage)!He even went above and beyond to ice AND elevate my sprained ankle for the duration of the massage.I immediately felt relief after the treatment! I would 100% recommend booking a massage with Jordan.(PS- The prices are reasonable, and the clinic even offers a first-time discounted price.)

I have had treatments from multiple therapists at this location. They all treat differently, but they all are amazing! They can help you relax, loosen tight muscles, teach you stretches that will help until your next treatment! I could go on and on about how amazing they all are. The male therapists are great for when you're looking for a deep tissue massage! The atmosphere is also just relaxing and nice to be around!

I think it’s hit or miss with massage addict. Make sure to request a specific therapist and look them up beforehand. They are not all created equal. I had a ‘deep tissue’ by Bonnie. Was very unsatisfied. I’ve had hundreds of massages over the years all over the GTA and Australia and this was on the low end of my list. I used to go to massage addict in Toronto as well and again, hit and miss.

Just had a massage with Jeljer. It was incredible. He is professional, firm hands and skilled. He knew all my troubled and tender spots and worked them out. Highly recommend going to see this gentleman. He really is fantastic and I will be re-booking. The front desk staff was really efficient and was able to process my insurance on spot! Maybe I shouldn't be sharing such a good thing...haha!

I tried the Cupping 60 Min Therapeutic Massage with Holly and she was exceptional! It was my first cupping experience and it was so relaxing, her pressure was great, she was able to answer all my questions, she dimmed the light when I flipped over (something not all massage therapists do at this place so it was worth mentioning) and chatted with me after the session to see how I was feeling. She was amazing! I definitely recommend and will be returning!

Place is great.. I’ve been for massages and chiropractor care.. I had a out of place rib and Nicole popped it back in and I feel great now. I would like to go more often but work gets in the way

Therapist was nice. The pressure he asked okay. I said yes it's perfect.I had a deep tissue massage. Hour later when I got home I had to take 2 advils because my upper back was so sore and still sore this morning.I thought I would feel more relaxed with my deep tissue massage. I asked around and people that have had this massage didn't come out sore

Was my first time here and well needed. The staff is great. Very polite and professional. My massage therapist, Jordan was amazing! I feel so relieved and a lot of my body tension has been released! If you're looking for a deep tissue massage, he's the one to see! I have already booked my next appointment in three weeks. I would highly recommend the Massage Addict and especially Jordan to my friends and family.

Great for ease of access and direct billing to insurance. Therapists are very clinically competent but definitely no spa environment.
